No real issue

At check out charges were paid in full, 3 days after check out, an additional £1800 was charged without my knowledge even though we were on the other side of the world in a different country. The hotel has refused to respond after several attempts to contact. Booking.com have done nothing but ignore the issue and go around in circles contradicting themselves at every point. A fraud case has now been opened with the Bank. AVOID this hotel. It has already taken 8 weeks to get this far.

I like the clean linens and the overall cleanliness of the hotel

Compared to other International hotels that I stayed at, the cost is a bit too much.

The staff in the execurive breakfast room were superb
