no box key for the apartment. need to wait for the owner to come & check out is 10 am the owner come too early to check out

central location

basically appeared like a studio council flat that was being sub let. had to pay in cash some £50 more than a luxury hotel room with balcony I had paid for weeks before on booking.com but that cancelled 1 day before travel!!!!!! adequate for a travelling student paying £30 or £40 but for someone who had booked previously a king room with a balcony to get this for more money after cancellation was a disgrace. obviously trying to impress a girlfriend a room in a council style block was not what I wanted vs king room with balcony.

The room we have booked was small and smelled like cigarettes. The bed was small and uncomfortable and the sheets were dirty and old. I would definetly NOT recommend this accomodation.

-super location in the old Town -market, shops etc. nearby -owner are really friendly

-we were in the winter where, the heater was not really warm

We have text with owner of 2 days till we arrived in Zadar.But when have arrived we find that our room is not correspond to the description presented on the site.It's was a dirty, small room, no window, only a door outside. The owner said that his son made a mistake, and that this is a good room at this price. We were not warned about this in advance, did not offer discounts or other options, or look for the room yourself in winter and at night, or take this awful room.The room has no space for two adults to separate, there is no soundproofing and you can hear the neighbors using the shower. Old bed linen and towels. Poorly washed pillowcases. The air conditioner in the cold room makes a terrible noise.In the bathroom, a shower, a door, an extractor hood and a sink require urgent repair. I consider the owner to be a scammer who deceived us. He could have done a lot to solve our problem, but he did not help, he only tried to sell us a room that did not correspond to its price, I do not recommend having business with this company.You can find more better place in Zadar.

Great location and cute little place.

Great location and the kitchen had the basic utensils to cook simple meals. It's a good deal for the price.

The shower didn't get warm enough for the autumn weather and the duvet or the duvet cover had a strange smell (at least the air conditioner works as a heater so I could sleep with just the sheet)

Whole apartment for yourself in the heart of Zadar! Very quiet and dark bedroom

No decent kitchen; there was only an electric hot plate. It generally looked better/fancier on the pictures

The location is close to everything but far away enough to sleep trough toerism noise

Shower wasn't solid

It is close to the center but it is not worthy...for us at least.

The building where the room is it is really dirt with neighbours throwing dirt to the corridors. The room was not cleaned, with food from previous guests between the furniture. The linen was not celan, we took it out and used beach towels as bed sheets and linen.The mattress takes you to the floor hurting your back. The room was really tiny and noisy because of neighbours and the old aire conditioning system. It was not up to the price we paid. 70 euros. Not as it appears in Booking photos. We are touring Croatia and after great experiences in Zagreb, Pula and Rijeka this was by far the more disappointing room.

Location

The room is not even similar to the photos - it’s very small, very stuffy, and luckily we were there only for one night so it was bearable. I’ll just say it again - not even similar to the photos!

Location is perfect for a walk around old town.
