The location is ideal for anyone who wants to get away from the city to enjoy nature, waterfalls, mountains, biodiversity etc. It's very close to the Ba Vi National Park.

Some bugs, but that contributes to the biodiversity you'd associate with a place surrounded by hills, waterfalls and a natural park.

the property was beautiful and peaceful. we were able to get breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the hotel, and it was all delicious and well-priced. it was walking distance from the national park and was in one of the coolest locations we’ve stayed at so far. would recommend if you are looking to get out of Hanoi and into a more local and relaxed area. will definitely stay here again!

Very spacious property. Big clean rooms, big clean bathrooms with all the facilities. Nice bedding, with all the room heaters and airconditioned and with fans. Nice and clean mosquito nets provided for all. Lots of greens and nice swimming pool. Table Tennis, Table football, Snooker Pool, playground with slides for kids. Provided bonfire with extra cost. Nice New Year celebration! Food was great.

It’s a 20 min walk to the National Park, comfortable beds and reasonable sized room. Staff quick to respond to any questions. Lot of dining options at homestead. Renovations going on, but they keep the quiet hours quiet. 10 pm-8 am)

Not lot of different options to dine in direct area. Homestead menu not cheapest for local standards. Shower head problem. (was quickly fixed 👍🏻) Scooter rental bit pricier compared to other tourist destinations., but Homestead is flexible in use and hours.

The meal is delicious, and you are no need to walk out for breakfast and dinner. Motorcycles can be rented at low prices to access Mount Bavi. They speak simple English.

The cars on the road in front of the homestead are noisy. Hot water for shower cannot be used for a long time. There are few places to shop nearby.

perfect location with access to both the entrances to the park! 2nd time back. the place just has a vibe. we also rented a grill and enjoyed our own western food with sides off the Vietnamese menu. love that they have quiet hours 😀

The mattresses are Vietnamese style and very hard

reminded me my grandma s house. simple but very nice place. super friendly stuff. beautiful garden. convenient location between Bavi National park and Medi Thien Son. we visited village, walked through the rice fields. it was amazing 4 days.
