needs a little attention and doors rattled when the wind blew, which was often.

Spacious rooms and the location was great.

Linen was not clean Doors were creaking all night because of wind coming through, could not get a good night’s sleep.

it’s a bit old house but still perfect to live. Nice address sea view.

A great little bungalow in the heart of Denham. Groceries and fuel across the road in one direction, the sea/beach/foreshore in the other. The humble exterior concealed loads of comfortable space, lovely decor and well appointed laundry and cooking facilities. Loved that we could park the car under cover in the windy conditions. Pubs, restaurants and tourist services all within easy walking distance.

Unit A (1) has everything you need for a short or extended stay. The beach is just across the road and the supermarket also just across the road with eating venues within a short walk or drive.

Comfortable and central to everything. Had a washing machine!

Good location

Location was good, but photos are misleading. Calling it a beach unit suggests an apartment next to the beach which it certainly isn’t.

It’s a very old, run down 50s beach shack in a very dilapidated condition. No beach views unless you walk out to the road, which is next to a roundabout opposite an IGA supermarket and petrol station.

The owner, Harvey was friendly and accommodating. While the unit was a touch old it was immaculately clean. For a two day stay it ticked all the boxes.

Old property, up for sale and would most likely be bulldozed. The bedroom doors couldn't close and the front door was difficult to open/close. The shower temperature was so erratic that we didn't even try to use it on the 2nd day The high nightly rate did not reflect the level of amenities provided

Very dated-prob built in 1960's-Structure just holding together. Back sliding door lock very insecure. Front door jamming on bottom weather strip and difficult to open. Main bedroom door knob/lock loose and nearly falling apart.

located right at the foreshore and a short walk to pretty much anything you'd need when in Denham. the outside may look a bit adventurous but it's very clean inside with well equipped kitchen, internet and enough room to store your luggage and travel items

location can get very busy since it's near one of the major meeting points in Denham (petrol station/shops)
