Location is excellent. Next to restaurants, night life, pharmacy, small grocery store and travel agencies. We felt safe in the area , though police tend to do their rounds very often and could make you feel unsafe. People friendly. The property, including the pool area and laundry rooms are kept clean at all times.

Apartment was well stocked and so clean throughout. Beds super comfortable and the two bathrooms were spacious and we never had an issue with hot water. Kitchen fully stocked with appliances and utensils, balcony a decent size with a great view. Air-con was great and and the apartment had great wi-fi and a TV with netflix. The building and surrounding areas felt so safe and everything was so well looked after. The host was amazing, so responsive and helpful. If we needed something it was acted on so quickly, the customer service was perfect. We had the most amazing two weeks.

The location was perfect! The pool/oceanview from the balcony were huge plus, and being steps away from 5th Ave was super convenient.

The primary bathroom toilet worked on and off. Also, we didn’t have any garbage bags or dishwasher detergent. We had to call the condo manager to run the dishwasher.

for us there were just too many young kids in the pool yelling .. (yes they were having fun we get that) , but it wasn’t great for a couple wanting to “relax” was hard to take some days .. but besides that Great place !!

the view is fantastic! the unit is beautiful! catching sun on the beautiful balcony in the afternoon! the prime location to everything!

The pool and the location are amazing! Very quiet place to stay. We requested a late check out until 2pm and this has been accepted. Tv in every room and nice a/c.

No wifi at the pool unfortunately The interiors of the rooms are a bit old Hot water issue but this has been fixed rapidly.
