Superb service from start to finish. Food was great an good choice for both dinner and breakfast. Live band in the bar very entertaining all night.

Opaque booking and breakfast options. If you book a twin room for 2, breakfast is only included for 1 person. Be careful. They also sent two people to collect money for breakfast rather than typical process where you pay for something at reception/settle bill at check-out. This is regardless of the fact they had credit card details on file. Terrible customer service and attitude to guests has turned me off the Holiday Inn brand. If you’re used to good service I’d suggest you stay away!

there was a bit of some confusion at first on Bb booking but was finalised after showing them my proof of booking on Booking.com

Staff didn’t want to sell breakfast at a price recommended by booking.com We had asked for close by rooms but we got rooms that were far apart. The room was extraordinarily warm. There was noise as though maintenance was ongoing. The shower tends to spill water to the floor.

Breakfast was great. They went out of their way to make sure that our toddler had something to eat everyday.

Two things I didn't particularly like. One, the cleaning and the noise in the corridors start very early in the morning and seem to go on for the whole day. Was always surprised to see the cleaning staff still cleaning after 15h00 when they started at 7h00. I would ask that if the cleaning must start that early could they find a way to do it quietly having regard that some guests still appreciate the quiet, and it should not go on the whole day. There must a set time to end it. 2pm is reasonable. Two, for kids they seemed to only have one slide. Will be great if they erected a swing or two, and set up the trampoline they had on Christmas daily.

I think staff isnt enough cause they clean up to 6pm of which i believe by 3pm latest hotel should be clean with no cleaning materials on the corridors siince check in is 2pm n check out 10am
