We visited for our honeymoon and the staff left us a bottle of sparkling wine and a nice card in our room. It was very sweet and my husband and I enjoyed it immensely.

There parking lot is a little narrow so if you have a bigger car it is difficult to back out. If we didn't have a back up camera I think we would have had to park somewhere else.

Great location not far from the Botanical Gardens. Very tidy and spacious. Loved the character of the building.

Arnold was a lovely front of house person

Area was not clean and a bit run down the room was clean but the pillows were awful and very flat like pancakes it wasn’t a hotel more of a room for rent no restaurant or sitting area for others to sit

Nice big room with great facilities. Easy walk to the city centre. Lovely staff.

Nice older building with high ceilings and quiet room. The mini fridge and microwave and table made for a good breakfast setting. Close to university and to Botanical Garden.

The parking lot is very tight, but street parking is good and easier.

La première nuit a été très compliqué car les voisins de chambre sont rentrés à 23H30 et pendant plus d'une heure n'ont pas cessé de faire du bruit en parlant à haute voix sur le palier et faisant claquer les portes de leur chambre et de l'hotel ! Malgré notre intervention faute de présence de personnel la nuit, rien n'a changé. Nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude la deuxième nuit et avons du attendre le lendemain matin alors que nous devions partir. Il est à signaler que le parking est très petit et les manoeuvres sont difficiles. L'hotel est loin du centre ville et implanté dans l'angle d'un carrefour (nuisance)

Fantastic restoration of an old building. The rooms were large and warm. The shower in the bathroom was great. Very close walking distance to the city and botanic gardens. Would definitely stay here again.

Parking was available but small parks and difficult to get in and out with our large rental vehicle.
