The host was warm and welcoming. Always tried to help our staying and it made the whole trip pleasant. We had a good memory and impression about the cottage.

Most people go to Lefkada because of its beaches. But believe me, you will find beautiful beaches elsewhere in the world, but people like Vasil and Vasa are very rare. They will provide you unobtrusive warm contact and perfect service. As we sipped our morning coffee on the amazing terrace, we said to ourselves: Why drive around the island, here is a real paradise! Practical note: you will find everything in your accommodation, even cotton swabs and a first aid kit :-)

The place is very picturesque, located about 15 minutes from the port of Vasiliki. It is neat, with flowers and decorative trees, just right to quietly enjoy a glass of wine. The kitchen is fully equipped, hot water at all times, spare towels. The beds are very comfortable. We were greeted by some special hosts, as we have never met before. I received a welcome basket with breakfast snacks, fruit and a bottle of wine. The lady of the house asked us if we wanted to be served with a coffee or something. Mr. Vasilis gave us a presentation of the island and guided us to the most beautiful beaches / places. He told us we could contact him by phone for anything we needed, anytime. Before leaving they invited us for a coffee / cappuccino, during which time we told various things and were asked for feedback on the accommodation, they wanted to know if we thought something needed to be improved. We were treated as guests, not just as tourists. I also received a farewell gift. I highly recommend Sivros Stone Cottages.

The location was amazing, we loved the village, the wonderful view from our terrace. The room was very clean and comfortable, we slept very well. We found everything we could ever need in our room. But most of all, we were amazed by the warm welcome and kindness of our host, Vaso and Vasilis. They helped us with everything and gave us very helpful informations so that we could make the best of our vacation. So, thank you Vaso and Vasilis, we will always remember you.
