Only staff is nice
room is very very small no complete facilities like others hotel.AC is to much noisy and not much cooler.

Location were very accessible to supermarket, shopping mall, airport. Etc.
The only downside I had experience was the terrible noise from the air-conditioning system. To the fact that I didn't sleep the whole night. Good maintenance is a must especially when the client need a good rest for the next day.

The reception is very nice and friendly, not only help us check-in efficiently, but also try to help us order food delivery after she heard that we were hungry and wanna grab a bite. So sweet
The water pressure is too small... it took a long time to just take a shower...
Also, the preparation of breatfast takes too long, some of us ordered at 8:00 am but even until 8:30 , they still didn't get there breakfast...

we got stuck in an elevator for nearly 2hr. super bad experience. and the hotel persons don't even know that to do. parang pinabayaan kami sa loob ng elevator. buti nalang at walang nahimatay saamin sa loob. I don't recommend this hotel.

The rooms and bathrooms were nice and clean. The restaurant on the seventh floor was a good view of the island.
The airport is not too far from the hotel. the staff are very friendly and helpful.
It would be nice if they have a refrigerator in the rooms. A locked box would be appreciated.
They should provide more pillows for the guest.
