Even though they were fully booked the night before, they made the effort to check us in as early as possible after an overnight flight, which is always appreciated. We only stayed there for half a day as it didn't cost that much more than hiring two luggage lockers at KLIA2. It was a perfect base for our short transit in KL. Close to Puduraya bus station, Bukit Bintang and Chinatown. The beds were super comfortable.

The location was only 10-15 minutes walk to ICC Pudu and 5 mins to Lalaport Shopping Mall.

There was no lift. No water bottle provided. No toothbrush. No sufficient ventilation in the bathroom, so it was very humid if I didn't turn on strong ac. They got workers drilling and renovating the room at 11pm to midnight! They probably didnt see it an issue. They also allowed people to smoke in the corridor in the early mornings and late nights (they had cctv installed but they didnt do anything about that). And closing the door required a lot of physical effort!

Clean, comfortable and simple

Toilet bowl at the bottom very dirty. TV remote didn't work. Otherwise, it's really good value for money...

Convenient location.

No elevator for 1st floor. Not recommended for family with elderly & infant/toddlers using stroller No window is fine for me but the damp air makes the room smells musty.

The room a bit small, but everything is OK. Location good, near to lalaport mall & berjaya time square..
