Nice location. The out door pool was closed the first day we arrived, which really sucked because the kids really wanted to swim. Also the water in the jacuzzi was cold and the jets did not work.

Jacuzzi jets did not work and the water was not warm enough. Also the outdoor pool was unavailable.

Loved the pool area and clean and spacious rooms - washer and dryer are a huge win for us! Perfect for families with little ones with a lot of storage and open space!

Parking garage across street, felt really uncomfortable when guest services trying to set up time-share appointment.

Great suite with lots of room and great amenities. Super ocean view with good balcony. Large bathroom and comfortable bed. Kitchen well appointed with new appliances. Laundry facilities great. Pool area was busy but had enough sun loungers. Direct access to the boardwalk and beach. Hotel has good coffee shop open until 10pm.

All good. Small point. Bedding for sofa bed could have been better quality.

Property is within walking distance of the pier and restaurants surrounding.

This is an owners / timeshare property so expect the normal spill of them attempting to sell you points.

Very nice and clean and great location.

I can't remember her name. she was a staff member with hearing aid. She welcomed us with a nasty attitude and when we called down for assistance her attitude was still very bad. Her excuse for her actions was she's short staff. I asked her for the manager multiple times and she never got for me. She was the only rude and nasty issue I had.

Everyone was so friendly and the beds were so comfortable.

My card was over charged TWICE while I was here. I booked on booking.com for $682 but somehow my card was charged $752. I also had lunch & the total was $131 but my card was charged $157. COMPLETELY OUTRAGEOUS

The property was luxurious and clean. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind.

The front doors stopped working and the valet did take some considerable time to get. The parking garage was a bit of a distance from the hotel. The pool was also not entirely enclosed nor super heated.

Everything about was great.

It's not as peaceful because it's a time share facility. So a lot of staff trying to promote the primises.

The ambiance. The hotel was beautiful the oceanfront room was amazing. Wish we stayed longer to enjoy all the amenities of the hotel!

The checkin staff was somewhat rude and for an upscale hotel of this nature, I’d think the staff would be a little more pleasant

Wonderful location, staff was great!

A bit pricy......check in an issue due to where you park the cars. They need to figure out a way for check in with all the cars backed up trying to get into the check in area.

It was my first wedding anniversary, and when I opened my room door I was amazed ............ I've even booked another date this year to stay again . This time I hope I get to walk along the beach ..........

Well the only issue I had was the kitchen needed a little bit of cleaning I had to wash down the cabinets and clean the floor . someone must have spilled coffee before me and it wasn't properly cleaned...........

Everything was good

We enjoyed the views of the beach and the town from inside and from the balcony, the marvelous spacious suite and kitchen with dining table, the closeness of the hotel to the boardwalk streets, the heated outdoor pool, and the pool table.

We didn't enjoy the windowless master bedroom, the thin blankets (in winter) and its perpetual odd pulsating fan noise (partly from a bathroom ventilation system and partly from some other source). And the shower door leaked a lot of water, even after Maintenance visited.

We loved how the property Was so close to the boardwalk!
