central location

very noisy between floors. lots of banging and crashing. take ear plugs. no respect from staff over privacy. my room was entered without my permission whilst I was out. personal and private possessions about. I complained, receptionist laughed and manager had no time for me at all. very disappointed

Great location for the ski lifts and runs

It was pretty small for 4 people

The location was amazing, close to the shops and close to the slopes. Lots of amenities in the apartment and a hot, powerful shower too. Amazing large terrace too

Friendly staff. 90% the same as booking via Pierre & Vacances. Proximity of the ski lift, for downhill biking.

Very clumsy of me! Normally I book Pierre & Vacances Les Ravines, but for some reason they didn't pop up when I tried to book them for August. And when I was here in July, everybody seemed to refer to Maeva all the time. Pierre & Vacances seemed to have vanished. So I just assumed they just had changed names on the booking.com site. My mistake. Same building, but ... it's the small things that matter to me. Free wifi for example. Towels included. No setting up and signing of an inventory list. The latter I absolutely abhor. When I travel I don't want to spend any time on administration. So had I realised this, for sure, it would have been a deal breaker. I was clumsy AGAIN when checking-out, not realising the reception was not open 24/7 (with Pierre & Vacances you could leave your keys in a locked mail box), so I had a bit of a dilemma when leaving at sunrise.
