Breakfast buffet is disappointing. The food quality is very poor compared to the amount of money paid per night. The beds and pillows are not comfortable at all. the pools are not heated. Overall, the stay is overrated and the hotel is not that comfortable. our mini bar fridge was not working. we had to change it midstay

the food, the bed, the pillows, the value for money. Staff are friendly but slow in response. there were no beach boys in sight to help us with towels.

Outstanding staff, really couldn’t do enough for us. Room was awesome, food was incredible and very reasonably priced. Location is a real plus with the incredible reef. It is the best positioned hotel in Soma Bay!

The Hotel was under going renovation so the actual dining area was a make shift area that was not the best but sufficed. The Hotel in general once finished with the renovation I believe will be very nice. The Landscape of the Hotel is very very poor especially that Egypt is well known for its variety of Palm tress and Landscape in general.

Мы не первый раз в этом отеле. И не предполагали что в период нашего пребывания там в отеле будет вестись полная реновация ( 70 % номерного фонда в ремонте) мы фактически находились на стройплощадке. И это возмутительно. Половина ресторано было закрыто, Джим был перенесен в один номер и состоял из 4 старых тренажеров. Нельзя принимать клиентов на стройке. Качество оказываемых услуг сильно страдает.

Property was terrible, they are trying to renovate it but mean while the staff decided to put me in a room in a construction site. Extremely noisy and uncomfortable.

Value for money is below zero it is like a rip off. The food also was below par. The plates not clean the glasses not clean at all. Ordered pizza and couldn’t continue because of the quality of cheese. When I told them that I need ketchup they brought to me an alternative which is locally made with terrible quality. Even that they don’t know how to do it. Also when I ordered a can of Pepsi they got it to me open. Highly recommend not to come here.

The property is in a very nice location and staff are very helpful.

The property is being renovated, so half the hotel is shut down. I left because half the hotel is a construction site and the main pool was closed. Also, the phone in my room didn’t work neither did the safe. I was staying in the part of the hotel that is still being renovated.

Perfect location just minutes from coral reefs with beautiful views and beaches.

We didn’t have a 5-star hotel experience though. Our TV was not working when we arrived and we had to ask 3 times and wait two days until someone came in. Also no one came to help us with heavy luggage when we were leaving despite the hotel promise the night before that they will.

Nous cherchions à aller à Hurghada et comme vous annoncez Hurghada on vous a cru. Soma bay est à une heure de Hurghada , dans le désert . On était tout seul dans un coin. Aucune sécurité . Pas de lumière. Aucune indication où se trouve notre chambre, le resto etc… nous sommes resté une seule nuit et nous avons demandé d’aller au Marriott à Hurghada. Il a fallu nous battre pour que vous acceptez. Comme nous avions payé d’avance, vous avez accepté de nous faire un crédit mais le crédit n’était pas pour tout le montant. Vous avez gardé environ $750. Fini pour nous les Hôtels Sheraton. Fausse publicité
