La spiaggia molto bella, il personale pravissimi e molto gentile

Personeller çok ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü odalar tertemizdi her gün temizliyorlardı odaları konumu çok güzeldi Farsha cafe ye araba ile 3 dk , al sahaba camisine 12 dk. ,Havalimanına 20 dk Mesafede güvenlik anlamında da çok iyilerdi her bindiğimiz ve indiğimiz taksinin bilgilerini aldılar 3 kız arkadaş gittik güvenlik bizim için önemliydi hiç bir sorun yaşamadık deniz inanılmaz güzel akvaryum gibi renkli renkli kocaman balıklar ile beraber yüzüyorsunuz çok memnun kaldık herkese önereceğim tekrar gidersem de gene bu otele gideceğim

اشكر جميع طاقم الموظفين عامة وبالأخص موظفين الاستقبال طارق ومحمد ومدير الاستقبال السيد هاني على كرم الضيافة والخدمة الممتازة التي تلقينها منهم فقد اعطوني جميع انواع الراحة في الاستقبال والخدمة التي تفوق كل توقعات النزلاء اشكركم من صميم قلبي ❤️ والى المسؤول عن الموظفين في بركة السباحة احمد الباشا الذي لم يقصر بأي طلب وكان على رأس الموظفين بكل معاني الراحة والخدمة التي تفوق فندق 5 نجوم بكثير 🌹 وأما بخصوص الاكل فقد كنت في الأشهر السابقة في الفندق وكان الاكل ممتاز ولكن هذه المرة كان الاكل من الشيف الجديد مختلف بطريقة ملحوظة من ناحية الترتيب والطعم والعاملين في المطعم كانوا مهذبين وممتازين وبالأخص الموظف تامر الذي أعطى خدمة فوق المتوقع من الموظف العادي وبخصوص الغرف اشكر جزيل الشكر والتقدير لمصطفى الذي بكل مرة كان ينظف الغرفة اخلاق وأدب ومهنية عالية جدا في الترتيب والنظافة 💯 مني ومن زوجتي اشكر الجميع على حسن الضيافة المستشار انور صلاح .

المكان جداً رائع ومريح والبحر جداً جميل ومعامله الموظفون في المطعم والبار جداً لطيفه ومناسبعه للعائلات والاصحاب، فندق هادئ وراقي شكرا جزيلاً لمصطفى محمود على نظافة الغرف

معامله الفندق في الاستقبال لقد حجزت غرفه على المسبح وغرفه عائليه بعيده ولم يقبل تغيير الحجز او تغيير الغرف الا بدفع مبلغ 120$!!! Wifi سيء

Hotellage und Hotel selbst ist super. Das Essen ist lecker und abwechslungsreich. Der Strand ist klein aber es gibt da genügend Platz für die Hotelgäste. Hausriff ist teilweise tot, es gibt aber wunderbare Stellen zum Schnorcheln. Insgesamt war das Riff besser als in Name Bay und in Nabq. Animation ist ausgezeichnet - es gibt immer interessante Aktivitäten, man wird aber nicht belästigt. Farsha-Bar ist 20 Minuten Fußweg entfernt, man kann da wunderbar die Abende verbringen, allerdings ist die Aussicht vom Hotel auch ausgezeichnet. Die Zimmer werden täglich gereinigt und sind sehr sauber. Es gibt 2 Teil des Hotels, das Teil, welches näher zum Meer ist, ist altes Teil, das andere wurde wohl vor kurzem gebaut und ist dementsprechend in einem sehr guten Zustand. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

WiFi ist leider nur in Lobby vorhanden, allerdings wurde WiFi während des Aufenthalts ausgebaut und laut Mitarbeitern wird WiFi im gesamten Hotel zur Verfügung stehen. !!ACHTUNG!!!: Die Ausflug-Anbieter, welche am Strand Ausflüge anbieten, sind Betrüger. Sie werben mit den Ausflügen, welche in der Wahrheit komplett anders sind, als versprochen wird. Nach der Reklamation verneinen sie alles und sagen, dass sie es nicht gesagt haben, eine Entschädigung gibt es auch nicht. Die Preise sind enorm teuer. Bucht lieber bei Tripadvisor. Wenn ich mich nicht täusche, heißt einer von den Tiger, welche uns einen Trip angedreht hat, welcher der Beschreibung überhaupt nicht entsprochen hat. Den Ausflug, welcher uns 50 p.P. gekostet hat, gibt es bei Tripadvisor für 16-20 p.P. Eine Kleinigkeit, welche uns nicht gefallen hat, war DJ. Das Feedback hat Animationsteam bereits bekommen und es wird wohl nachgebessert. :-)

Terza volta al Jaz .. si trova in un ottima posizione .., a circa 15 min dall ‘aeroporto. Camere abbastanza moderne . Ho soggiornato nella superior. Personale molto attento . Un ringraziamento e plauso ad Ahmed ( fantastico ed educato ) e anche a Walid( ragazzo che ci sistemava la stanza) . Cibo buono per essere a sharm . Punto di forza : REEF

Unico neo : spiaggia piccola

Fiyat performans olarak beklentilerimizi karşıladı. Denizin derinliği iyi ve balıklara ulaşmak yakın mesafedeydi. Otel çalışanları ilgili, güleryüzlü. Yemekler yeterli. Hergün yeni havlu şekilleri ile bizi neşelendiren Housekeeping Mustafa'ya ve çocuk kulübü için animasyon ekibine teşekkür ederiz.

La cura dei dettagli, lo staff molto accogliente, disponibile e simpatico, la posizione ottima (accesso al mare molto comodo) hanno reso il nostro soggiorno impeccabile! Un piccolo ringraziamento a Sergio (super autista), Salah e tutto lo staff!

Unica pecca, ma come già noto, WiFi presente solo nella hall.

ci siamo trovati benissimo, lo staff ci ha fatto divertire sempre, le stanze pulitissime, abbiamo solo cose positive da dire

Beach towels and beach bag provided, also slippers and bathrobe in the room. Private beach and big swimming pools.

Wifi didn’t work AT ALL on the beach and in the room, only a little in the main lobby. “All inclusive” service not worth it. I suggest bringing your own hair dryer.

The swimming pool area/bar & restaurant and the beach bar. The resort also made an incredible effort for New Years!

The restaurant was like a canteen, with no atmosphere over dinner & very little alternative dining areas in the evening. We had one voucher for Niglo’s (the only other evening restaurant) for the week, which was always booked up. We ate out 3 times even though we were All Inclusive.

The resort was very clean and tidy and the rooms were maintained very well (a special mention to Mahmoud who kept our rooms well stocked and left us funny towel animals on our bed - a lovely surprise to get back to!). The staff were exceptional, from the animation team who kept us entertained to all the waiters (special mention again to waiters Ahmed and Mohammed who remembered our favourite drinks and had them on the table as soon as we sat down - a very thoughtful gesture). The resort has its own private beach which was perfect and the supermarket was a 3 min walk away. We will definitely be visiting again because value for money was unmatched and the stay was better than we could’ve expected.

Not about the property but there were mosquitoes late at night by the pool so do get bug spray.

La struttura veramente bella, posizione strategica e la ragazza italiana alla reception ci ha aiutato tantissimo. Grandiosa!

Purtroppo il cibo davvero pessimo, deve essere migliorato, nonostante avessi scelto la formula all-inclusive con la disperazione andavo a cena fuori. Inoltre la stanza in cui ho soggiornato era davvero piccola

La barrera de coral y las instalaciones eran perfectas. El personal muy amable.

Creo que deberian tener un poco mas en cuenta el tema de las intolerancias de los huespedes. Mas opciones sin gluten y sin lactosa (ya que hay pocas) y con carteles visibles en los buffets. La calidad de la comida podria ser un poquito mejor pero en general no estaba mal.

Accoglienza e disponibilitá alla reception. Staff del ristorante disponibile e attento. Servizio da Nino, in particolare Mr Ahmed.

Ristorante con poca scelta e molto ripetitivo. Qualitá bassa. Bicchieri di plastica per vino non graditi per un 5 stelle. Animazione scarsa e molta poca professionalitá. Poco inglese e zero italiano.

Mi è piaciuta la posizione del resort in una baia meravigliosa , con il mare dove anche i bambini possono fare il bagno. Mi è piaciuta la cura dei giardini e l' atmosfera rilassante. Personale gentilissimo. Walid il ragazzo delle camere bravissimo e gentile , anche i ragazzi della reception in particolare Ahmed e i baristi del bar la Medina .

Il cibo dopo un po' è sempre lo stesso. Non si muore di certo di fame , ma secondo me andrebbe variato e curato un po' di più .

Deniz ve ıslak alanlar kesinlikle çok iyiydi. Tesiste Bar / Cafe olanakları da gayet başarılıydı. Çalışanların güleryüzlü ve çözüm odaklı oluşu bizi memnun etti. Yürüyüş alanları, Relax Area ve Fantasia bar çok güzeldi. Resepsiyonda bulunan iki Ahmed isimli personel çok ilgiliydi. Her ne olursa olsun yardımcı olma odaklı bir iş prensibine sahipler. Personel Şefi de oda değişkliği yaptığımızda kendisi bizzat ilgilendi. Her gün eksikleriniz giderilse bile sizi gördüklerinde soruyorlar. Tesiste kesinlikle şezlong/havlu/ şemsiye eksikliği yaşamadık.

Yemekler malesef çok kötü. Yani damak tadınıza ya da zevkinize uymaması çok normal olabiliyor fakat bu oteldeki yemekler ciddi anlamda problemliydi. Sanırım kullandıkları yağda ya da (kırmızı) etli yemeklerde ayrı bir sorun var. Çok çeşitli yemekler var diyemem ama dediğim gibi olanlar pek keyif vermedi. Malesef haşlama yemekler (sebze ağırlıklı) tercih ettik. İlk defa birçok tabağın olduğu gibi masada kaldığını gördüm. Bir diğer eksiklik ise animasyon ekibi. Yani tatil yapanlardan ayırt etmek pek mümkün değildi. Utangaç ve soğuk durdukları için malesef etkinliklerde enerji geçmiyor. Saat 15.00 gibi ana havuzda anlamsız bir dans gösterisi yapılıyor ve tam olarak 3 dakika sürüyor. Hala ne olduğunu çözemediğimiz esrarengiz bir şovdu.

נוף יפה מאוד, אווירה נחמדה, חדר חמוד, הצוות נחמד, הצוות בידור חמודים ומדברים אם קצת חופרים. אבל סהכ היה בסדר. החוף הצמוד למלון מושלם, מים צלולים ונעימים.ג

האוכל - לא היה מבחר גדול ולחבר שלי נהיה קילקול קיבה. אבל אני חושבת שככה זה בכל סיני. לא משנה לאיפה תלכו. גם המכונת מיצים שהייתה שם ביום האחרון שהיינו שם המיץ היה מקולקל.

We've stayed for 6 days The resort is beautiful, well maintained and very clean. The staff are very welcoming, helpful and kind. . The beach is great. The access is not too bad, just need to go down the stairs but we didn't experienced difficulty (with 3 & 6 years old boys.) The room is spacious and clean. Everything that we needed and asked for from housekeeping was immediately answered. The all inclusive: free drinks beers and cocktails. Also snake bar with food for lunch. Good location - close to the famous Cafe Farsha and the old city.

The food is just bad. We didn't like it in any meal. You find things to eat and won't stay hungry but its defenetly not enjoyable ( the Italian restaurant "nino's that you can dine only once during the stay without extra charge was the best meal we had during our stay) No wifi in most parts of the resort

The staff is nice and friendly and they listen and care about the customer's opinion They listened to us and improved the quality of the food after we asked them to do so... In addition to the place close to the town... Very comfortable

I loved the all-inclusive buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The pools were excellent, and the resort was located close to the old market, Soho square, and Naama bay. The beachfront was so lovely; you can go snorkelling there and see various coloured fish. Snorkelling was amazing. The staff was great, and they always helped in every situation.

Mr. Hany was very kind to us and the service is very nice. The private beach had some corals and we saw beautiful fish!
