Convenient location near Windsor. Room was comfortable and spacious. Great for overnight stay.

The location is very near airport (LHR). The facilities are excellent. View looks wonderful. Great room. I had no time and could not manage to enjoy breakfast.

By far, all was fine. I love enjoying green tea. If there is more sugar packs, that might be better. As I'd personally like to add more sugar. Don't mind.

All the staff. Especially: Jonathan, Krish, Rupinder, Abdul and all other ladies at the front desk (sorry, i did not take their names). All of them are very helpful and provide service with a smile! Breakfast restaurant: omelette lady from Jammu is fantastic, i think she makes omelette and fried eggs for at least 300 people daily. I must say, she does with a smile, always helpful! Restaurant staff from Goa are all good and extremely helpful!

There is one restaurant manager (i do not know his name - i think he is from Nepal). Worst service, he tends to count how many teas have we had, how many eggs we had. This is ridiculous. I am surprised, how a restaurant manager is allowed have breakfast from guests buffet, while guests were eating. Normally, all staff have same food, however in the staff dining room. I own three hotels in the U.K., i would take strict action against any staff who is unwelcoming and be-little guests. Any one who can afford to stay at Marriot, must be okay financially. If other staff would not have been good, i would not have come back or recommended! Barring one man, EVERYTHING ELSE WAS PERFECT!

Cleanliness in the room, dusty and dirty. Lights not working,beds really uncomfortable, expensive for very basic facilities and room basis.

Staff very helpful and friendly from check in to check out. Very comfortable room (but in need of some updating). The lady who served our meal on the first night was great. We ate every night and the service was good. Breakfast exceptional. Location.

Not much choice to eat in the evenings, everything seemed to come with chips of some description. Noisy guests, the room doors slam and guests chatting to each other in the corridor at 4am is not great. Perhaps soft closers on the doors might help.

Location perfect breakfast choice was amazing just what we needed before our flight. Having parking was a big plus. Lovely toiletries, towels etc., Everything we needed was provided. Lovely helpful staff.

This property is in such a good location for our trip to Lego land my family love this hotel as the staff and service is always excellent, hotel is excellent too

The breakfast was excellent , buffet style - with a wide selection of food , all fresh . Really good value for money .

Maybe , what could work better would be a hot drink dispenser , rather than having to ask for a top up of say hot water ?!

We stayed for 2nights and parked at the hotel for a small fee. A fantastic price for the room which included breakfast. Check in was great, staff were friendly and helpful. The Room was incredibly clean, spacious and modern. All facilities within the hotel were great. Breakfast was a highlight , the most choice I’ve ever had in a hotel. The location was perfect for a trip to London. There was a direct bus outside the hotel. This was our second stay and I’ll be back! Highly recommend.

Room was so cold I set a temperature for 25 but the heaters doesn’t work, water in shower was warm but just for one bath later was extremely cold so I took a shower but my partner couldn’t. Booking said the hotel have a swimming pool as well but when we arrive to hotel we were a feedback as hotel never had a swimming pool. Booking after couples hours delete a swimming pool photos.

Typical chain hotel, met our needs for an overnight stay before early morning flight from Heathrow. Parking was plenty and reasonably priced for the area. Food offered in bar/diner was fine, lovely serving staff though, a credit to the hotel.

V prvom rade dobrá cena, dostupnosť na letisko Heathrow, blízko Windsoru(Legoland, castlle…), čisto, boli sme spokojní.

A fost curată și primitoare , mi- a plăcut ca am avut la dispoziție gel de dus , șampon și balsam, multe prosoape și apa . Nu sa auzit gălăgie din alta camera. Am plecat dimineața la workshop fără a apuca sa aranjez patul , dar când m-am întors am avut placuta surpriza sa vad totul aranjat si o nou sticla cu apa 👏🏻🥰

Nu mi-a plăcut ca nu a fost mai calda camera , am încercat sa dau aerul cald la 29 grade dar nu a mers , ori nu am știut eu cum sa folosesc aerul condiționat pentru a face mai cald in camera .
