The TV didn’t work, the shutters didn’t work, so had to crouch under the shutter to access the terrace. Fridge didn’t work, very poor number of electric sockets.

Super close to the city center, the rooms were clean and in a silent area. The staff was very helpful in providing a room accessible with the stroller and always ready with warm milk for my LO.

parking facilities were ok, the bed was also alright. The staff was very helpful. Nothing really wow, but it's a fair price for decent features.
No A/C, only a fan that wasn't really helping with the temperatures. The breakfast was a bit disappointing for the price.
The lock was also a bit difficult (but operational).
It is located just next to the swimming pool, so if that can be an advantage, it can get very loud.

Far from the train station. Difficult if you don't have a car or if you have large luggage.

The room was spacious and the location was perfect for exploring the town. Virtually next to the Fondation Pierre Gianadda and with a Roman villa next door! I was able to park the car less than 100m away.
