Great location. Hotel right in middle of Centre of Lille. Just a short walk from all the major points of interest. We booked the small room, somewhere around 9m2. Fortunately the room doesn't feel small at all. Bathroom is very narrow, but room is cozy and big enough for two people.

Very small bathroom with a sliding door. So very little bathroom privacy.

Bathroom was not very clean when arrived. Brown rim around the sink plug hole. Orange stains on shower floor (sign of bacteria). Housekeeping the next day did a better job of cleaning the stains! Made bed but didn’t change sheets or towels - just hung up the ones we used. They didn’t replace the bottles of water we used the day before.

Great position, closed to the De Gaulle place, into the city center. Clean room, really confortable.

There was not a kettle for boiling water but I asked hot water at the reception. They are really helpful. Small bathroom without windows, but shawer was very big and clean.

Breakfast and location are good

when we checked in at 3am we got the pass to our room. however when we entered the room it was still completely dirty and not cleaned. when we reported this we got no apology. we were asked to wait! while we wanted to go into lille and see the city. in addition, the receptionist told us that breakfast was until 11am, while it was only on Sundays. due to this incorrect information we were almost too late for breakfast. Also, when we wanted to drop off some stuff in our room on Monday afternoon, our door wouldn't open! all our stuff was in the room. when we indicated this we did get a new pass, but this was not a pleasant experience either
