in the winter way to cold. not enough towels

Nothing very poor, i couldn't sleep in the hotel

Location and clean bedding.

No towels. Reception would not supply any to me and said they had none which was a lie as when a new guest arrived the reception clerk had towels in his hands so I took them. He would not give his name for a complaint. The heater did not work. The door would not lock from the inside so the maid just walk in to our room in the morning. The walls , heater, switches were dirty. The rooms are cramped and the toilet/shower tiny although clean. Do not stay there!

Not told the check in was next door at the Campanile and door machine didn't work

Nothing. I did not stay it it. it was very smelly.

There is nothing I can say that was likeable about the property. In fact, property is the wrong word. Garage or concrete cells would be a better description. I could not and did not stay there.

location was great for me as was going on to Paris the next day

machines for auto checkin didn’t work so I had to walk over to the reception and it was late evening and dark and a little inconvenient.

Husband was absolutely munched by bed bugs. Do NOT stay here. Even for a cheap stop on motorway, this was awful.

Location was near the main toll road. Good for overnight stop

Loud music from the bowling centre (I think) until late keeping us awake after a long journey. Cockroach found in 1 bedroom. Rooms are now very old in need of a repaint. Have stayed here in the past but unlikely to again.

It was the only available property during festival.

Really away from Reims. Unclean. I didn’t feel safe at the hotel.

Room was dirty

Arrived late due to delays at tunnel. Difficulty checking in as no one answering phone check in closed at 9.00pm). Eventually found auto check in booth but only one room door card issued, although two rooms booked. Managed to get another room in a hotel next door but husband slept in vehicle as whole area so dodgy.

It is was very cheap so we didn't expect luxury and the room was clean.

The location and the place felt a bit unsafe. We were not sure that the content of the car would be safe overnight. And the shower was blocked.

Not much, although location was convenient for Autoroute

Dark, dingy property. No exterior lighting at the property or in the car park making it difficult to find the room. Room was damp and towels were also damp as the air con unit was dripping water onto them.

The door to one of the rooms didn't lock. We had to barracaid ourselves in with our bags.

Location OK. Water was hot.

Double charged for breakfast but as an automatic charging system and no staff present we were unable to reclaim the cost. Both duvet cover and sheet had a rip in them. The room smelt of tobacco. Virtually no one staying but we were put on the second floor meaning carrying cases up to flights of steps.

Free parking and easy check in.

No air conditioning and very sketchy location. Not very suitable for families. We just spent one night in the middle of a road trip and it was super hot and we didn’t feel very safe because of the isolated area and lack of security personnel.
