Pool, gym, bar - all excellent facilities. Rooms were great.

It needs some general maintenance, nothing major though.

Just a very nice old comfortable hotel.

Some of the installations and the building and rooms are a bit out of date. This makes it both cozy and old fashioned but also a bit too out of date looking. The shower was a bit rusty etc.

beds were comfortable

had to move rooms twice due to bad odor similar to a dirty toilet and even then the third room wasn’t perfect. every room had different amenities and the hotel is not very disabled accessible. when we changed rooms they only gave us one key which made it hard to get around hotel because you needed key to use elevator and the steam room for women was off limits

Reception was understaffed and overwhelmed. We, along with most people from the same flight, had to queue for around 45 minutes to check-in. The receptionist, Ulises, tried to get us to agree to switch from our reserved double room (for two adults traveling with two preschoolers) to a room with a King size bed, which we did not accept. The hotel had run out of clean/empty rooms, and were asking people to hang out at the pool area until rooms freed up. The receptionist next to us offered other guests a late check out the following day to make up for the inconvenience, but we were not offered any such thing. It really felt like "Budget, by Marriott". It's a shame because restaurant, cleaning, and bellhop staff were friendly and helpful, but our first impression was extremely negative. A bellhop said there had been a concert the previous night and the sold out hotel couldn't cope with late check outs, but honestly some basic courtesy (maybe a glass of water while we waited, maybe a uniform approach to compensate guests, maybe even a simple "sorry you had to wait") would have gone a long way. I tried to talk to the manager about it but was told she hadn't come in yet, and finally we decided to check out early the next day. Really disappointed.

Large comfortable bed. Good shower and toiletries. Very good value for money breakfast. The staff were helpful especially housekeeping. Good Wi-Fi.

Bad location. There is no access to the street below from the hotel, you have to go right around the roundabout. Not walkable. Spent fortune on Uber. You need a car or the hotel provide a shuttle. We had to look at three rooms before we settled for one. They all smelled musty. The hotel is open to the elements with swimming pool in the middle. Not sure this or the location we were bitten by mosquitoes so badly.

broken elevator, not a single light on by the swimming pool nether on the aisles to walk to the room. no information to let customer where the lobby or customer service are.
