I choose this hotel due to its location, swimming pool and air conditioning in the bedrooms as we were traveling in late June. The hotel is set in attractive grounds on a hill in a lovely peaceful area just outside a small village. The swimming pool was excellent, a good size and very clean. The rooms were very comfortable and quiet at night. It was a beautiful warm evening and having dinner on the terrace was very nice. We had a room on the ground floor which gave easy access to the pool but the upper floor rooms would have had a better view and we would probably have preferred. A lovely view from the breakfast room.

My husband ordered the trout for dinner but it was actually sea bass but the staff did not tell us this. He would have ordered something else if he’d known.

The location. The hotel abuts a vineyard and in a quiet location. The rooms were comfortable, the food was excellent and the staff was courteous and helpful.

The room was very quiet, with good air conditioning. The breakfast was OK.

I advice to take the half-pension formula if possible. Eating in the hotel restaurant "à la carte" is rather expensive.

I have stayed before as recommended by friends. The owners and staff are very welcoming and can’t do enough to help. the rooms are well appointed and the meals fantastic particularly dinner.
