The hotel meet our expectations and even exceeded them. i would recommend to book room with private jacuzzi, as then you will have private sun deck on the top of the hotel which make your experience totally different. Breakfast & dinner had big variety and quality. The waiters are amazing and bring personal touch and comfort

The location is perfect. 4 minute walk to the beach and an easy commute to most amenities, the hotel is a little removed from the party zone but still accessible in every way. The Junior suite is nice and spacious and the balcony with the pool view is good to have. The staff is friendly, the hotel is very clean and new and well furnished, and there is a chill vibe which is really nice. Everything's efficient, easy and works as promised.

I had a breakfast and dinner included in my booking and this is the major downside of the hotel. They go for quantity rather than quality and even in the quantity, it is very homogeneous. The food frankly sucks. It is repetitive and made by a chef who thinks salt and pepper are the flavour of the day. Apart from the fresh salad bar and fruits nothing was enticing and I found myself eating out to prevent eating at the buffet. Also, I was assured this is vegetarian friendly but in 7 days, there was only one day when they had a vegetarian hot dish for the mains. So much of these resorts is the food and they score very very low on it. I might go again but the next time I will eat out.

The variety of options at the breakfast buffet, coupled with cheerful and attentive staff (Manuel & team) at breakfast. Swimming pool and the Bar staff (Francesco) were always very kind, cheerful and helpful. The swimming pool area is nice with plenty of sun during the day and comfortable chairs. The air-condition in the room was great. It is also only 5 min walk to the Playa de palma strand. Also good street parking space for those who rent a car.

We stayed for a week in a junior suite. The room amenities is fine but needs improvement in quality. The house keeping needed to be reminded to do a complete job. Even after that the service was not appropriate for a 4 stars hotel, for example bathroom, toilet and the wash basin were were not washed or wiped. There is a safe in the room, but can be used with an extra charge! The room isolation from the corridor was medium, as we woke up by other guests in the middle of the nights. The beds were very comfortable but we would appreciate to have a king or queen, instead of detached tweens with a crack in between us.

The price / quality was very good. Good breakfast, better then the dinner, nice swimming pool, very nice staff, special the ones that work at the breakfast and dinner time. Nice localisation, not far from the beach and far enough from the bars. Very calm. Comfortable bed. We always fond a place to park outside, probably because it wasn't high season.

I think it's time to do a makeover to the decoration, and replace some old things. Its weird to have the toilet with glass walls, not a lot of privacy. The acoustic of the rooms cold be improved. I don't understand why at the breakfast the water and coffee are included in the price, and at dinner you have to pay for it. Especially the water. Difficult to understand. Also, difficult to understand why we have to pay the drinks at dinner time, and we can't simply add to the room number, and pay it at check-out. The dinner time is between 7pm and 9pm, I think it finish to early, probably because is more focus at Germans tourists. If it finish at 10pm, I think it will be perfect.
