Staff were great, nice room in great location.Only stayed for one night.

Prefer a better view and a balcony... price is quite high, but understandable at Easter Weekend.

Aircon was not working and the room was too warm and uncomfortable the whole night despite temperature being adjusted several times.

The only thing extra I was chasing was a microwave but the staff were happy to microwave some food for me.

Couldn’t find the list to order room service. Would have spent more if I did. Not on the TV as stated.

Large car park 2 minute walk away, check in fast, helpful reception staff. Hotel clean, rooms quite modern, shower had good pressure, bed was comfy. Breakfast was good, reasonably priced. Short walk from the hotel to the cafes and shops Would stay there again.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Location was amazing. We walked everywhere. Room size was great, very roomy and was nice to have a balcony too.

room was facing the water and we could also see a sunrise from the balcony.. very close to the attractions.

Pillows were a bit hard and very uncomfortable to sleep on.

Nothing all was good

We lunched at the Pen bar and it was very convenient to then head up to the room. We liked the waterfront location and how quiet it was. The evening was clear so a walk along the waterfront was great. Plenty of food options.

location great but not a lot to offer apart from a room. went downstairs and paid $30 for a very average cocktail and bowl of chips.

The location is wonderful, the room was excellent, having a slight mobility problem, the facility was fit for purpose.When we come back, we will definitely ask for the same room again. The view from the Balcony was to die for.

Nothing! As the Balcony was so large, 2 sun loungers would have been brilliant! There again maybe not, as we wouldn't have gone out, as it was so beautiful!
