Мы приехали сразу из госпиталя, и были усталый в ресепшен нам предложили комнату но позже мы заметили что комната хуже чем то что мы бронировали. И еще мы обсудили по телефону вопрос оплаты , что оплата будет наличными, хотя оны согласились но в конце оны потребовали чтобы мы оплату произвели кредит картой в результате мы потеряли денег на комиссию. Комиссия оказалось очень высокая😂😡

Poor quality breakfast though the spread was big. However the taste was very poor
Payment system was pathetic. While checking in I was forced to swipe my credit card and was told that it is only for reserving an amount. However they have charged me. While checking out I paid by cash and my credit card reversal has not been done. The hotel staff are sticking to their guns and say it is only reserved. They should be more sensitive while dealing with customers. They should have more trust and should reserve only a token amount to check the validity or working of the card

1. At about 5.30 pm on Mar 4th had ordered one plate of veg cheese burger. Cost about Rs 850. The burger was tasteless, in fact quite awful. Felt quite sick. We had to attend a wedding later in the evening. Unable to eat there.
2. The room was satisfactory but very cold. Two staff were unable to raise the temp from 20 degrees to the 24 we wanted. Eventually we had to turn it off. The next morning it had become quite stuffy in the room.
3. The mattress was super, super soft. By the morning my back was paining.

I liked: large room, nice common facilities, friendly staff, good breakfast and lunch food, and security service.
Old towels and bed sheets, please replace them.
Strange equipment noises in the room
Very poor electrical led installation inside the wardrobe (attached with sticky tape!)
Bakery items in breakfast were not fresh during the entire stay.

Travelled for business and the hotel meet up to expectations. Plus, it was a value for money at the rate i booked.
