Apartmwnt was very bare. We needed to ask for wash up liquid, a towel to dry dishes, a cloth to clean table, toilet paper. Would have expected those things to be there.

Mario was very helpful. He provide shuttle with guides as well, so it was very easy to get to trails. Included garage for bikes was perfect. We were very satsified at all.

Mario and his team were wonderful hosts! We really enjoyed our time in Pietra Ligure! The team was very helpful with every request we had and we had a great time together in the bar. The room was perfect and clean. We will definitely come back! Roberto & Enrico ;-)

Excellent service! The managers are always available at the residence and very helpful, going beyond expectations! The family apartment type "comfort" is very spacious, neatly maintained, and with great view.

The territory is not big, I would like to see more playground for children. However, the swimming pool mostly compensates. Small football field or something of the sort would be a great addition. The football fields next to the residence are never available.

Everything was quite fine for the stay. Appartement had enough space for 4 Persons (2 Adults 2 Kids) Appartement and Bathroom was Clean. Fair Price

Pool was a little Cold. Pool and Bathroom joints are getting old. The Fridge was pretty noisy Were missing wine-glasses in the kitchen :)

Nice apartments complex with bar and swimming pool, kids playground etc, not far from the sea but not in the middle of the crowds in a nice quiet area 10 minutes walk from the center/beach, with plenty of parking place and everything you need. But most important is the staff and the host, Mario. They make everything for you to feel comfortable, booking attractions for you and going the extra mile even when they really don’t have to. They give you a good advice on things to do in the area, help you with anything you might need and in general are very friendly and warm people! On a personal side of things, I needed an urgent medical assistance and Mario not only helped me to find a specialist, but also came with me to help and really cared. Thank you, Mario, you are the best!

Really minor. Wifi didn’t work properly for us, was very slow and unstable. Mario tried to fix it, it didn’t work and he gave us an access to the staff wifi that worked perfectly.
