Clean, nice breakfast.

No umbrellas by the pool = impossible to stay there. Non fridge in room = no cold water when its 40 degrees. No pool towels. Old style and dull breakfast room. Small pool.

Nice location, a little uphills but close enough to city center and beaches. The family room (in the dependance just opposite the main hotel) was clean and comfortable, perhaps not very large but space in Liguria is always at a premium. Good swimming pool.

Breakfast is abundant but not really enticing, plus the staff was looking at the customers as annoyances to get rid off as quickly as possible

Hotel was in a good location, not far to the main town centre. Very clean, and lots of COVID measures in place. Rooms had everything needed, with plenty of space (great shower). Good value for money with parking on site, breakfast and pool facilities. Staff were very friendly, allowed us to have a late check out when I wasn’t feeling well on the morning of departure. Breakfast was good (I’m lactose free so would have been nice to have more fruit options or milk/yogurts without lactose).

Could be more vegan options available for breakfast, Perhaps having more food out would make it quicker for example never enough eggs so needed to wait 15 mins every morning for a boiled egg, could prep more rather than on request. It also wasn’t clear on the website what the additional charge would be for bringing a pet.

Staff was very helpful. Parking was included.

Bed was not very comfortable. Breakfast was very basic.

friendly staff, pool

our first room was super noisy (ground floor), you hear everything from your neighbors even when they talked. we insisted to either move up one floor which worked out after several discussions, however again the hotel tried to make us pay for “sea view”.the rooms in the ground floor are a no go, upstairs ok but the whole building is cheaply built and extremely noisy.
