Lokalita a čistota uvnitř i vně hotelu. Je vidět pečlivost a to i na plážích.
U snídaně to dost nefungovalo. Malý výběr i nečerstvé pečivo, nestíhání doplňování a i odnášení ze stolů bylo dost vidět.
Otázka výběru a snad i počtu personálu by asi byla na místě. Kafe v baru večer u recepce bylo na hodně dlouho, recepční ze zahraničí něvěděla co vlastně chci, navíc mi ani nechutnalo. Cena ledové kávy bez zmrzliny u baru bazénu 8,5 € je taky dost vysoká, ale ceny vlastně byly hodně vysoko pozazeny i v okolních restauracích. Vybavení kuchyňky jako nábytku už hodně pamatovalo, minibar moc taky nechladil. Jinak koupelna a prostor pokoje slušný. Absence klasické kolárny řešena náhradním řešením pod schodištěm, kde měl přístup kdo chtěl.

vzhledově hotel super, personál taky, bazény úžasné, ale bar hodně drahý. To si myslím, že by chtělo trošku změnit ceník.
postele jedna velká katastrofa. Nedalo se spát. Vrzaly až hrůza. Pokoj č.103. A hodně nám chyběl balkon. Nedají se zde nikde sušit ručníky. Pořád mokré. Na pokoji je velké vlhko.

The hotel is in a great location from Bratislava airport as we travelled from Ireland and have family in Modra 20 mins away. The facility for children is great and the surround area has loads to do.
I booked a room with a pool view but was given a room to the front of the hotel with my 3 year old and the music was pretty loud late into the night. Breakfast wasn’t great and even though when booking it says the hotel serves food , the restaurant wasn’t opened once during our stay. We stayed the 3rd week in August. Also you must pay an extra charge for some of the indoor facilities like the pool etc

may be bit noisy or bright if you stay on a roadside room, we were fine on the poolside room.

Nice friendly staff, good parking, kettle, fridge and air conditioning in room. Balconies at the rear of the hotel are not flooded with blue light as they are at the front. Pool area looked great though I was working long hours so I didn't get a chance to use it
Previous guests' dirty coffee cups and a glass had been left in the fridge, I took them out but they remained in my room for the duration of my stay. Captive plug in the sink had lost some parts from the mechanism. Not a big deal, more an irk. The poor tortoises are still there in a tiny tank beside the restaurant.
Strange that the bar wasn't open despite it being high season, I assume they're facing the same staffing issues as many others since covid

Very very clean. Right by the lake. Good food. Good facilities for kids.
Noise level. Either street view with a disco nearby or a pool view where the staff starts hovering or cutting grass at 8 am on a weekend (!). Pool has only 2 umbrellas needs way more shade.

Horrible Hotel. I went running at six the morning. Nobody was o reception.When I return I could not get to the Hotel.
Door was closed ,but I did not have phone with myself. On next day nobody made me breakfast. I waited 45 minits ,then
I went out without breakfast, wich I paid for.

Deluxe room was perfect for our needs spacious large bed. Nice balcony bath tube. Free parking. Location next to the lake and restaurants. In September the Hotel was very empty, we enjoyed the silence. Indoor pool and Whirlpool good too. If we are one day back in Senec we would go there again. For families with children it’s a nice hotel.
Wifi pretty weak in our room. The breakfast could be better for a 4**** Hotel but in the end it is ok. The children pool area could be perfect. But it looks not well maintained and needs improvement. The pools are bit dirty, also the surroundings could be cleaned and fixed. The staff needs to be trained in English. Not everyone speaks English especially in the Restaurant.
