The hospitality of the host is unbelievable. He is the kindest and most helpful person I've known managing a hotel/ Airbnb. The rooms are simple but have everything you need ( iron, kettle, table and chairs, tv WiFi excellent) and are well maintained, and the location is EXCELLENT. Train 3 minutes walking and the bus right at the door. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, a perfect zone, and there are bars and restaurants. The fridge for breakfast is always full, and you can use it anytime. I highly recommend it. Thanks so much for everything and kind regards to James!! You guys made a lovely memorable trip and stayed.

I liked 5 things which is basic but very important,toilet, towel & bed was clean, quiet night, good smell in the room. I am great full for the opportunity to have been able to rest in. this is the best of the worse place I stayed in so far in my life.

the smell going up the the room, probably coming from old carpet… damage floor in the bedroom, bathroom not great but clean and the fourniture did not look great.

Close to Norbury train station. Bus links on the doorstep number 50 Easy to get to Brixton on the number 109. The breakfast fridge was well stocked, so you could have all day breakfast. Cooking facilities available to cook your own meal too The bed was clean and there were clean towels.I slept well on my creaky bed. Loved the fridge freezer in the room, the kettle was clean but did not use it.

I stayed in room four which has the dirtiest windows I have ever encountered. Strange set up with people walking through the property from the apartment at the back of! the property, just didn't feel safe. In the property manual it also states that they are not responsible for your property in your room. There was no hand wash in the room The toilet was very tricky to flush and the room door was not easy to close. Someone was cooking at 2am in the morning and burnt their food.. My room was on the first floor and the smell woke me up.

easy check in and out, and easy free parking we arrived late so we didn’t see any staff.

there is a kettle in the room but no cups to make a cuppa! useless. not very comfortable mattress but the place was reasonably cleaned, hot water takes a while too

Room was spacious bed was very comfortable TV ,kettle and fridge in room .also toilet & shower, breakfast cereal tea coffee and kitchen all available downstairs for free was able to park on property so as I was working close by was brilliant stay for me would definitely stay again

You have free breakfast and you can use the kitchen. The accomodation is close to train station and there is a bus stop right next to the entrance. Staff was also helpful.

Accommodation is quite old as well as furniture (eg beds). But I think for a short stay in London is worth it, also taking into account the prices of accommodation closer to the city center.
