The reception was extremely helpful and accommodating . Unfortunately we had to leave sooner than expected so didn’t have much interaction with other staff members Was closely located to the Academy of Advanced life support where my daughter needed to be so this was a huge bonus

Room was good

I felt very welcome when I arrived. Even though there was a water shortage, my needs were well taken care of. I was even given a complimentary pie.

I thought that my booking included breakfast but I had to pay separately for this.

My visit was verrry bad as it was messed up from day 1. Didn't enjoy at all

My car was bumped by remote control gate and only sorry that I got. They are playing hide and seek now when it comes to fixing my car.

Clean rooms. Efficient staff. Generator for loadshedding. Ideally located to Clearwater mall. We traveled to ultra music festival via the park and ride from the mall which was close by. Ubers nearby. Views amazing.

House keeper was not very friendly.

I only used the room. It had all the basics that I needed. Nothing to complain about.

There was maintenance going on. Inevitably there is noise and untidiness. I am not complaining about this. It happens occasionally in my house! The worst nightmare was the generator. I also cannot complain much. This is our reality today. Rather noise than darkness. In short, the shortcomings were beyond your control.

I had requested for the mats to be removed and there was a mat in the bedroom, when I got there. The single toilet paper was almost finished but fortunately I had my own wipes.
