It was so awful, where to begin. Covered in scaffolding, work not finished in time for summer, can’t open windows and there is no a/c working in most rooms. However, the real problem is this….The staff confused a simple booking and claimed that they had no record of this booking via booking.com, even after they had replied via message to the message I had sent them, from booking.com!! As such when I went to check out, they demanded that I pay the full cost again and despite all my attempts to show them this confirmation, the confirmation number, the messages they themselves sent and the confirmation of the debit of funds from my credit card, they still insisted that they had no record of the booking and threatened to call the Carabinieri if I didn’t pay again. The only way I could leave and get on with my schedule was to pay again. It was disgraceful behaviour, particularly from a certain Andrea on the front desk. To be so belligerent and incompetent in the face of customers is simply unacceptable and is the antithesis of hospitality. I will be following up with both parties as there is something VERY wrong going on here.

- Good location in the city center - Nice terrace - Parking available in the small garage (10 EUR per day) - Quite nice brakfast included in the price

- Very cold in the room (April), making it difficult to sleep - Small and poorly designed bathroom - Bathroom just next to the terrace, so it was very cold there as well - Breakfast was quite ok, but not very diverse (no gouda-type cheese, only one type of ham, no warm meals like scrambled eggs or sausages)

Room was large and comfortable even for a large family like ours with young children.

Door was old and with a very basic lock so didn't feel very secure and there were no moschi to screens on the windows and tons of moschitos. Also the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor

the location is very good and very nice host. breakfast was okay with craisson, cakes and fruits. The room was also okay, italian style - not to much chnig-chnag ;) but enough to sleep :).

Great Location with shops bars all within walking distance as is the beach. The staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast waiter was super friendly and well mannered. Breakfast covered many tastes and I did ask for something different and it was delivered without fuss. Brilliant 🤩

Air conditioning was not good. Very old noisy unit and didn’t work particularly well given it was 36 degrees. No bar but I guess that’s down to COVID-19.

excellent location and friendly staff. the hotel looks quaint and must have seen better times, but it's clean and well kept.

the price was way too high, although I understand that being in a seaside town at the beginning of July is high season. apart from this, breakfast was awful. besides a good coffee, almost all food was off the freezer or stale or wrapped in cellophane. my partner who's a vegan could eat literally nothing.
