The house has an incredible view over the bay. It’s very well-equipped, even with toys for young children.

Sarina House ist der perfekte Ausgangsort, um die Ligurische Küste zu erkunden. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und komplett ausgerüstet. Sie ist perfekt für 4 Personen, evtl 6, vorallem für Familien mit Kleinkindern. Besonders hat uns gefallen die ruhige Lage inmitten eines Olivenhains, die Aussicht auf die Küste und das Meer, die Qualität der Wohnung und die Disponibilität und Aufmerksamkeit der Gastgeber Sarina und Luigi.

Sarina House Ocean View é veramente una terrazza sul mare! La casa non é in centro città, sta in collina.. Ma permettetemi, non c'è paragone!! A parte che ci vogliono proprio dieci minuti nemmeno ad arrivare in paese, ma poi la vista che si ha dalla casa, il giardino privato, gli sdraio, il doppio barbecue, insomma, tutto!, non ha niente da invidiare al resto! La casa era perfettamente pulita, con tutto l'occorrente, perfetta per chi come noi ha bambini piccoli in quanto con doppio seggiolone, lettino, mille giochi, libretti.. Da casa non abbiamo portato nulla! Sarina inoltre é una persona meravigliosa, sempre disponibile, educata, ci ha fatto anche dei pensieri per noi e il bambino.. Davvero, la migliore casa vacanza dove siamo mai stati! Consigliata? Assolutamente si, al 100%!! Grazie a Sarina e alla sua famiglia per questo splendido soggiorno, a presto!! Nulla, tutto perfetto!!!!!

The location was amazing. It was so peaceful. The ocean view was spectacular. It was less than 1 hour drive to Portofino or Cinque Terre. From the house, we were able to watch the firework at Portofino. Sarina was very responsive. The very last minute, my girlfriend wanted to join us for our trip. So called Sarina and asked if it is fine. She was very welcoming. She took the initiative and texted me and sent me the location. She was at the door waiting for us and offering help for carrying the luggage (because there is 2 min walk from the private parking slot to the house). Sarina's place was incredibly clean and equipped. It had heating equipment for cold nights, and the murmur floor was cool for a warm weather. It also had so much of family vibe (board games, DVDs with movies and cartoons, Play station, and so on). It is a great place specifically if you have kids. She and her husband live next door. They were kind and helpful. We didn't have frying oil with us for making breakfast, they quickly brought two for us. They have a grill place in the yard, and we planned for a grill night. They offered us coal. The decoration of the house was very beautiful. We were wondering if they have studied design or art. Also when we wanted to check out, she was flexible with the time and offered us help with the luggage. We were there for three days, but we were all very sad that we were leaving the place. We have in mind to go back there again in the near future.

Nothing at all. Everything was great. The only thing you should consider before booking this place is that the house is on a hill (that's why it has such a nice ocean view). But this also means that you should have a car which can drive uphill in a relatively narrow street. Without a car it wouldn't make much sense to go there.

Great view! spacious well equipped house and kitchen. Very clean. Host is very accommodating and will try to help you with all questions or issues you might have. I can recommend this location!

Nothing that isn't known before booking. It's a short drive from Lavagna center, but you are rewarded with a great view

There was nothing we did not like.

Everything was perfect at Sarina House. The host was incredibly nice, she was waiting for us, and she took very good care of us. The house was very clean, the garden wonderful, with an amazing view of the sea. A very suitable place for families with children. There is any facility for the little ones. Lots of toys too. The house is not close to the beach, but in the car can be reached very easily, on a road with wonderful views. The terrace is also very nice, we ate outside every meal and drank coffee. A place where we felt at home and we will definitely return.

Everything is fantastic at Sarina’s. The hosts, the view, the apartment, the cleanliness - perfect till every last detail.
