Nice central location.
Big and spacious room.
Very friendly staff and clean rooms
It was very noise during all day and night with almost zero soundproof.
We could hear the noisy road below even we were in 12th floor.

the breakfast was terrible, the buffet was very expensive and the hot dishes was terrible. ordered bacon you have to wait for 20 minutes because they have to cook upstairs. I used to stay in this hotel at the time breakfast was really excellent and now its the worst breakfast I ever had in Cebu. Suggest to go back what they used to serve for breakfast and buffet lunch and dinner.
the food its not nice and very expensive its not worth the price. Paid for 2 breakfast approx 1,400 for 2. You can eat dinner outside for pochero for 4 persons and it was delicious.

overall, the location.. its near the IT Park and Sugbo Mercado, the staffs are super accomodating and all smiles even the buffet breakfast is great!

The bellman always took initiative to help you from getting you a taxi, opening the door for you and taking care of your luggages. Other staffs were so polite and friendly.
Breakfast buffet is good too but sometimes they had boring menu. I wish they can maintain a good selection of breakfast.
The suite deluxe room was spacious but the carpets seems so dirty. The bath tub is also dirty, shower curtains must be replaced.

just lacked a selection of cereals often required by foreign visitors.
big disappointment was lack of trust. room had to be paid at point of checking-in, unable to place meal charges on room followed by checking room when departing. I find offensive being truthful & would negate my willingness to reside there again. staff welcoming at every turn, just ‘over the top’

My first time staying in this hotel, I opted for this hotel cos it’s closer to the city. And I would rate this hotel as 5 star for me. Staff are very friendly specially the cafe, there Filipino breakfast are the best and I wanna thank the friendly staff namely:
Supervisor-P. Lisken , Staff -Jason, OJT’s Anna,Michelle, Jason, Gracelyn, Joshua and Celma …. Thank you guys u made my stay at Harold very worthy… I will definitely come back in 3 months again.
No wifi in my room since I was in the 24th floor
