Breakfast was pretty basic .

Staff were rude . I worked in travel hospitality for over 20years and a good morning would have been nice . Restaurant girl on Saturday morning was horrendous .

A nice breakfast, great surrounding area, close to a bus stop, great staff and a very coazy vibe!
I wish the pool was heated and that there were free bikes to rent from the hotel, instead of the 200 SEK per day.

Very serviceminded personel. Delicious breakfast with many choices. Quiet location in Skanør next to the medieval church and ruins og the medieval castle.

Hot water flow in the shower was slow, internet in the room was very slow almost useless.

very welcoming for our last minute stay (friend we were due to stay with caught Covid). Love the tea and coffee bar and hot tub. booked to come back again in the summer!

Location and staff fantastic. However the hotel needs renovation as to meet up the expectations.
The cleaning is not good enough. Loose wires etc make the experience bad when it comes to the rooms.

The hotel is great and especially the breakfast and the large atrium like main hall we're our favourites.
The hotel didn't inform us that on Friday night they had a sort of "afterwork" event until late with loud music and many people. Normally this could have been ok but we wanted a nice peaceful evening and relax. So we needed to take dinner in our rooms and stay in.

We booked a SPA weekend but sauna did not work and nobody informed us before, when we call to book a table for a dinner. As well as bubbles in jakuzzi did not work as well. So very poor SPA facilities. We will not come back there and will not advise to go there for SPA.
