There was no option for breakfast, we had to go somewhere else for breakfast as there wasn't even anything nearby to provide breakfast. The bidet was broken. The hot water was either VERY HOT, either COLD. The bed was very noisy. Any slight movement would cause it to squeak. The most disturbing fact was that we had to do the checkin somewhere else, which was NOT on our way to Pensiunea Alex, making us lose almost 1h of our time.

The toilet broke after 1h. Someone had to come and repair it. Even if it was repaired, it was still some discomfort brought by having someone in the room to repair it. Then the shower wasn't working. We had to call again their staff to fix the shower too. The bed was noisy and very rough. There was no option for breakfast. We would have paid extra for breakfast if they had this option, but they didn't. For a 4* villa, I believe that this should be mandatory. When we did the checking we had to go somewhere else, we had to divert from our main track and then we had to wait almost 40 minutes to sort out the reservations, because one staff had no idea about all the reservations, then they sent us someplace else, lost another 20 minutes there and it was very frustrating. I still do not understand why in year 2022, a 4* villa cannot handle the checkin at the villa itself.
