The facilities were top notch and the staff are beyond friendly, there was always something to do if you wanted to just stay at the resort and the tourist attractions weren't far away, we had our own car we hired which was the best idea cause gave us freedom to explore at our own pace. The breakfast buffet is outstanding and the choices you have are next level good. Overall I would go back there for another week with hesitating.

Access to the beach and pools. The property is really big and was able to relax. The staff are very friendly even to our baby. They always smile and hi to our baby.

Wifi outside is weak. The Smart network is terrible, but it is not their fault.

Facilities were very clean and the staff were amazing. Entertainment was good.

Not the best location. The beach is pretty to look at but the sea isn’t easily accessible. Nothing within walking distance if you wanted to venture out therefore you had to dine at the hotel which could work out expensive if you’re staying more than a few days. The water park next door was fun but the water wasn’t very clean.

I did not even maximize my stay to avoid the rush. I fell in line around 10:50 a.m. After I settled everything, I was told to wait for "5 minutes" so my room can be checked and I can be given the clearance (required to exit the property). I ended up waiting more than FORTY MINUTES. The staff came to me and asked for my surname after a long long while. Did he forget that I was waiting for him to tell me all is clear? Did the staff really took more than 40 minutes to check my room? Either way, it was obviously an unpleasant experience wasting all that time, when with those 40 minutes, I could have already driven more than halfway back to Puerto Princesa. I am 39 years old and stayed in many hotels here and abroad, but I will remember Astoria Palawan for giving me this record-setting longest checkout ever. Not even in hotels where I and my family stayed during Christmas holidays did checkout take this long. And I stayed at Astoria alone on a non-holiday weekend. If checkout is a hotel's goodbye wave to its guests, you can imagine that what I was given was something really terrible. It totally ruined the entire experience. Suffice to say, I won't be returning. No way.

Waterpark, var lille og der var ikke meget at lave. Trængte også til en opgradering/renovering.
