Loved every minute I spent there and had to extend my stay twice.

The staff were friendly and efficient. Service (laundry,restaurant) was very quick and when I had an issue connecting to WiFi a tech team came and resolved my issue within 5 minutes. It was extremely clean and the bed was comfortable. I had a nice view of the pool area/garden. The pepperoni pizza was delicious and i enjoyed the breakfast as well. I was glad to discover that the hotel had an in-house business centre where I was able to get my printing and photocopying done.

The furnishings are quite old and could use an upgrade. It detracts from the cleanliness when the furniture is scuffed or cracked. Especially in the bathroom, the toilet seat lid was hard to close and the bath was very old and some parts (of the jacuzzi) were missing or rusty.

Good hotel located in Garki, not too far from the city center within driving distance of most places Staff were generally welcoming and helpful and overall it was a good stay Although we didn't use the pool, it looked very clean and not crowded like the Hilton.

The lighting in the rooms were not bright enough, the pipes make a lot of noise when opened, so you could hear the creaking when your neighbors upstairs and downstairs are using it. The room layout was odd, with a wardrobe located in the bathroom (so your clothes get damp from the steam and moisture) on top of that, there was no lighting in the wardrobe itself.so you couldn't see what you were doing) The only other thing was that our door seemed broken, so difficult to lock from the inside without banging the door and the latch was broken. We didn't complain because we spent most of our time outside anyways

Excellent location and environment.

The bed is relatively too small for a hotel of that magnitude. Not convenient for couple.

Location was great, rooms were large, that's about it for the hotel. Fairly good variety of Nigerian meals at breakfast.

Stains on couch, there were cockroaches in the first room I was assigned, I had to ask for the room to be changed and requested to be checked out a day earlier as I could no longer stay at the hotel.

Location is central to the key places in Abuja Room and facilities were clean (just okay) though I could do a better job in the edges in the bathroom Staff were good and professional

The TV could need some upgrading as the remote was clunky and features were lacking - no usb for user content Food needs improvement. The jollof rice had too much artificial spice and was salty Brighter lighting is needed in the room

It's spacious

Attentive friendly staff, amazing breakfasts, pool and gym! Very quiet felt very safe. Lovely Nigerian artwork decor. Any issues they attempted to help but wifi being slow was challenging trying to keep up with some work related things (while on vacation I know I know can never be fully off tho u know lol)

Wifi a bit patchy, laundry service ruined some clothes, phone in the room not functional.
