I love the environment, very close to where I could easily get stuffs to buy and close to d Embassy too, there was light 24/7; they would literally switch on the Generator almost immidiately the light goes off, their staffs where really pleasant and always ready to attend to my needs, the complementary breakfast was always available...in summary I got value for my money.

Their jollof rice didn't really taste good, the rice wasn't well cooked.

Nothing was impressive. Food was terrible, toilet was awful.

Everything was below expectation. The hotel needs total overhauling and remodelling.

The breakfast and the cook were the only highlights of my stay at this hotel.

1. I booked a room was told on arrival that there were no rooms available. The receptionist had to ring someone (who I believe was her manager) to authorise a room for me. 2. The room was a pretty spacious one at the top of the hotel but one of the filthiest I've ever slept in. The table and desktops were dusty and there was also a dead roach on the floor. I couldn't complain immediately as it was late at night, I had been travelling all day and I was extremely tired. 3. I complained the following morning to the same receptionist about the state of the room but going about my business for the day. When I returned, it appeared the room had been cleaned and a television was also installed. On close inspection, the chair by the desk was still pretty dusty, there was some water leak in the bathroom and when the tap is opened, water just trickles as opposed to running. The noise emanating from the air conditioner was enough to keep me awake. I could go on and on.... The only positive was the breakfast and a few members of staff.... To say I was underwhelmed, will be an understatement. I actually made a video but not sure if I can upload it.

The hotel exceeded my expectations, Staff warm welcome, big room & clean, AC working all night. Having to get that kind of hotel in Area 1 Abj for d amount I paid is value for money.

Room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was served and tasty.

The room we stayed was poorly lit. I complained and was told when the electrician come he will fix it which he never came till I check out.
