We loved the location of this B & B - so close to everything, and the included parking was great. The linens and towels were great quality, and the shower had great pressure. The bed was a little too soft for us, but that's just personal preference.

To be fair, we didn't have many options when booking, but the St. Ives room was far too small for us. I wouldn't book this room if you have large luggage (we had three bags between us). We couldn't move, and it felt very cramped. Sadly, the room wasn't as clean as expected, and there were long black hairs in the bed that weren't ours. Please note that milk alternatives are not provided (soy etc) so we weren't able to have breakfast - if you stay here and you are lactose intolerant, you might want to bring your own milk. Finally, there is a sign on the front door that states they take AMEX, but they don't - just an FYI. A just ok stay overall.

The breakfast was completely DIY. Options available were good.

Check in time should be available earlier say 2pm in line with other B&B’s.

the Owner was amazing, breakfast was good and the rooms were cozy as the bed. it was clean and tidy. aircon working well - washing service for 7$. Slept really good - would defenetly stay again !

no elevator for rooms in 1st floor, rooms are a bit small - but that was totally okay for us!

We absolutely loved our stay! We had a beautiful room and loved the extra special touches like breakfast, all the information available, friendly greet etc. The whole property was clean, in a great location and excellent value for money. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. Thank you so much for such a lovely stay.
