no toilet/tissue paper. bed is a bit old and it creaks everytime we move. rooms should be sound proof

The kitchen was not equipped for cooking - no cutlery or bowls, plates, glasses etc. Very uncomfortable and small bed.

I really enjoyed staying at Archies Bunker. The location was excellent and the accommodation was clean, comfortable and safe. The staff person I met was most pleasant and helpful.

Kitchen and Lounge area needs attention

Poor customer service, arrived at 7.30pm doors were locked, When called on landline i was told to eat dinner or kill time for another 1 hour so the receptionist of could return. At 9pm called back on the number i was told someone is there, when i arrive at hotel no one was at office. Decided to call mobile number from wall sheet, owner picked up the phone and started blaming me for coming very late and not advising them. I did not know that i need to advise them if i come at 7.30pm. She didnt like what i was telling and she hung up. Another staff came and checked us in and thats pretty much it. Didnt show where the communal toilets are or bathrooms are. We ended up finding it but overall it was bad experience. Filthy bathrooms and toilets, spiders everywhere in toilet and very dirty.

the ladies at reception were nice enough, I had spoken to them that the app had a glitch and that I made a double booking and paid for twice, they informed me to ask booking.com to do the refund and I did.

but to this date the refund has not been received! so basically have paid double to sleep at a really uncomfortable, already slept on, no pillow and no blankets bed, disgusting room
