Really loved The Penthouse in Newquay, it was immaculately clean and fully equipped, very spacious and nicely decorated with a cute sunny deck at back of the house.
Parking is a bit tight but there is also on street parking

The property is very clean and neat, modernly designed, fully equipped kitchen with nespresso machine. Garden use for outside bonding. Very accessible with public transport, near the beaches, grocery and town centre. 3 rooms with clean and fresh linens, comfy mattress. Also the sunset view while relaxing in the sofa on the top floor was amazing.

A beautiful 3 bed Penthouse apartment right in the centre of Newquay. Well equipped, spacious and has parking. Had a lovely stay here and will definitely return.

The location was amazing, 2 min walk from town and a 4 min walk from the beach. You could see the sea from our window and the terrace caught all the sun during the day. The host was so friendly and we will definitely be returning.
There is nothing that I can fault about the stay.

This penthouse apartment was perfect for us. We really enjoyed our stay with two young children and they were made up. It had everything we needed and just a short walk to the beach so an ideal location. Reall y useful and helpful information from Steve. Parking round the back which was handy.

Great location, close to the town and beach. Can reach many places in minutes by foot. Flat is spacious in the living room / kitchen area and the outdoor terrace is a great for relaxation when the weather is nice. We enjoyed spending time at the flat during our stay as much as exploring the local area. Bedrooms are also comfortable (albeit the second bedroom is a little cramped). Steve the host was polite and responsive. We would happily return.
The rear parking space is quite small and very tight to manoeuvre into. There was another vehicle in the adjacent space and we could not park our vehicle, but luckily found an available space on the street with help from Steve.

The property had it all. it was homely, decor was fantastic. Has everything that is required and more. The location was perfect. everything is a stones throw away. Would recommend this gem to everyone.

We had a wonderful stay at The Penthouse, 3 good size bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, large 50 inch TV, Netflix, Wi-Fi and parking. Everything was perfect and we would definitely rebook the next time we are in Newquay.

Great location. Great appliances in kitchen and everything you needed. Comfortable beds.
Parking very tight. Sofa not suitable for 4 adults.

We were so pleased that you were able to help with our needs in this difficult time, being key workers and having to Travel we were finding it Very hard to find anywhere to stay,but once we spoke to yourself the pressure was lifted.
The Engineers have said what a lovely place you have and we must use you in the future.
