the beds are far to hard

photos show that the room is bigger..bed is not in good condition..dirty ..sofa is broken

the staff were fantastic

don’t expect to sleep before 4am with the nightclub at the end of the condo complex. fitness centre has very limited equipment, which some pieces also were out of order, and very low free weights. bed was solid. if you are fatter than super thin don’t expect to get into the bathroom without stepping into the shower to close the door. sofa was very well worn and out of shape.

Overall experience was very disappointing.

Firstly, the pictures are scams. Don't believe in the pictures, they're way too greatly photoshopped. Secondly and most critically, you won't be able to sleep until 3am when the really loud music outside ends. If I knew these I never booked this hotel. The hotel lobby smells bad too like a never cleaned bathroom. Not recommended at all!

Day time staff were much better at helping than the night staff. Good location and comfortable bed

I had a problem with the lock on my door and the alarm for my room kept going off. This was at 1am I called reception who were no help I eventually had to go down to reception and I was told that they had no maintenance working and nothing they could do. I insisted that they were going to do something, eventually a member of staff had a look at the door and fixed it
