Great location very close to Pereybere public beach and few meters from a bus stop. The apartment was clean, the pool was taken care of every day. Everyone was really nice and we even had some basic staple food prepared in the fridge. You can also buy watee, beer and coca cola on spot. Really good value. And we loved the dogs!

Prepare mosquito repellent, there is a lot 😅

Beautiful compound, very nice staff, everything clean, 5 min to public beach by foot, 10-20 min to grand Baie or amazing beaches (Mont Chosy, Troux aux biches) by car or motorbike, public bus, taxi.

Could hardly have been any better.

Beautiful property a few minutes drive (around 4-5 minutes) from grand bay. The villa was really comfortable and big enough for a family of 5. I highly recommend the property.

Nothing really to complaint

Smart and modern ground floor studio apartment in an elegant building in local style. EXTREMELY friendly staff. Nice welcome from Anthony the owner. Wendi and Joanna were exceptionally friendly and helpful and my room was cleaned by Josie who was very thorough and very friendly too. The room was large and airy and clean with a small Kitchenette and small shower room - perfect for one person. I was there for work so didn't use swimming pool which was inviting and looked very pleasant and clean. The sea was a 5 minute walk away but again I did not have time to visit but from past experience it is a small lovely beach but rather spoilt by the overbuilding of the surroundings.

No TV in any of the rooms. Actually a good thing since most hotels/apartments in Mauritius have TVs that offer only few free channels playing rubbish so I welcomed the opportunity to read and watch the box sets I downloaded. The kitchenettes are basic and really just adequate to make simple breakfasts and sandwiches and salads but adequate if you don't want to eat out everyday and need to prepare light meals.

An absolutely perfect place for a holiday! The staff was super friendly and we felt taken care of as soon as we stepped on the island. Room was clean, super comfy & private. Location of the place was also perfect - just a few steps from the beautiful Pereybere beach and walking distance from Grand Baie. Would 100% stay there again and definitely recommend it to anyone who is planning their trip to Mauritius!

We have stayed 10 nights in the villa and it was really good for our company: 2 families with kids. We have been provided with baby cribs and baby chairs, as requested. The garden is really nice and chill, with poll and barbecue facilities. Parking was available on the territory. Pereybere beach in 5 min walking and Winner's supermarket - in 7-10 min.

It would be good to have a washing machine and dish-washer in the property.

i am unsure if i am rating the beach or the blue bird here, however assuming is the Blue Bird, i liked the location to beach, shops restauransts etc, easily accessible to bus routes to other tourist locations, it felt very safe within the accommodation area with a locked gate. the pool area and patio areas were a delight with shrubbery and birds. the hosts provide a homely environment where basic food essentials are provided and available if more required, for example, umbrellas and mosquito coils available in the room, very helpful and standard of cleanlinness was superb.

i did find locating the property on the day of our arrival quite difficult based on the directions provided by booking.com, we had to utilise google maps and access from the coastal road and then it was ok to find where it was. in addition the information booklets were all in German , this seemed appropriate for many guests but it would be useful to replicate in english. this is a constructive note and not something that wasn't liked.
