If just one, two or three of you Perfect place to stay and enjoy Eastport! Clean and quiet. Close to downtown and plenty of beautiful walks from there also. Kitchenette has everything you need. I have stayed here four times and hope will be available next time I go.

Home away from home

i enjoyed my stay so much. i have a long history of loving eastport. this place made me feel like home. i loved it and will be back. next year very clean with everything i needed and then some. thank you

This was our third stay (3-4 days) at this property during the summer. I have no complaints at all. It is a lovely site near where a longtime friend lives in Eastport. We are seniors with our adult son, who has Down Syndrome. He is quite comfortable on the couch that folds out into a large bed. We hope to stay again next year.

Staying here is just fantastic. We loved the location as it was close to the town and local supplies. Our 14 year old enjoyed the soft blankets. My wife and I enjoyed the overall space while my wife enjoyed the deep bathtub.

The place had not been cleaned when we arrived, but after speaking with the owner we were able to resolve the issue. The cleaning crew was not sure of our arrival date, so had not cleaned the space. No-one died, we slept on clean sheets, and had a home base for the week. I really liked having a kitchen, and felt like everyone involved (except my husband) was available and pleasant to work with. The apartment is entered through a garage at the side of the house, which may surprise you, but it gets you out of the weather to unlock the apartment door. Maybe a picture of that area added to the pictures would be informative. The apartment was a secure, peaceful spot to spend our evenings after a day of wondering around the east part of Maine.

What a lovely, comfy, quaint spot to enjoy downeast Maine. I wish we could have stayed longer. LOVE the frosted beer mugs!

Everything you need and a great nights sleep. Perfect for single, couple or even with one child. Nice and private and close ro downtown. Exceptionally clean. Highly recommend.

Very nice unit in a larger house. Not right on the water - more than a mile away walking to get to waterfront. No A/C, but we didn't need it - good circulation with windows opened. Would rent again.

The apartment is perfect for our family of 4. Full kitchen, shared laundry, walk to Harris Point. Super convenient to the local IGA. It checked all the boxes. Especially enjoyed the sound of the waves during the storm and the fog horn in the Easley hours of the morning. It was a charming stay.

The apartment is a part of a house with a private entry, shared laundry, and shared deck (although the other unit has their own private deck so there would be no reason to share - and no one did during our 4 week stay). The unit is small with limited seating. Pluses: quiet, private and clean. Minuses: the futon is not comfortable, the bed is on a fixed platform attached to the wall - very hard to make and/or change sheets; there is no water view - maybe years ago but nothing now. The wifi service was reliable and TV limited but good enough. We walked on local streets and experienced water views by doing so and made good use of the location for day trips, including crossing into Canada (you must use the Arrivecan app). Eastport is limited in all respects (shopping, eating, attractions) but has an impressive history. It is attempting to turn itself into an artist destination. We would recommend this unit for a stay (perhaps shorter than four wks) but it would be too small for any more than two people.

Adequate place for 2 people

This is the second time we stayed at this property and it is as described. We will no doubt stay again since we have a friend who lives in Eastport. It is very quiet and homey.

The apartment is clean and well-appointed. We had everything we need and the space is pleasant. There is not a direct view of the water but there is one a short walk down the hill. The street is quiet and the atmosphere is peace. The town of Eastport is a 15 minute walk away. If you are good with not being in the center of Eastport, this is a fantastic place to stay.

It was really as described on-line, very clean, homey and comfortable. Very nice and quiet at night. The bathroom was immaculate. We did not eat any real meals there, but that would not be a problem for anyone wishing to do that.

Great quiet location that is close to town and the grocery store. My kids and I really enjoyed staying here and being able to cook our own meals and relax while we were there. We would absolutely stay here again!

Nice place, secure, not sure if bed was made up fresh before we arrived as the sheets were pretty disheveled when I turned the comforter back. Lawn was not mowed. The view of the ocean was blocked by several trees.

Very clean and certainly well stocked. Nice quiet area and not too far from town area. For us, being an older couple, our only complaint was that the bed was only accessible from one side. Not a major issue but not convenient for us. We did find the bed to be very comfortable. We would certainly recommend this unit and these owners.

My experience at this property was very pleasant. The apartment was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet. It was no fault of the host that the Canadian bordor was closed. The description of the property was very representative.

Very nice. Location close to the ocean. Easy access to quaint small seaside town. Many great sights within easy driving distance. Reasonably priced.

I was thrilled to find a spot that was reasonably priced in the summer. It's a quiet apartment that's close to amenities. Major areas are about an hour away if you wanted to sight see. My only complaint is that there's an odor from the futon and the bedroom; so much so that my kid and I got sick. I had to leave the windows open the entire time until we left. I don't know if it's pet damage that didn't properly get cleaned but that's what it smells like. Also, be careful of the ants - they bite and are everywhere. My dog got bit and when I was standing outside for a few minutes my feet were covered in them.

We have been vacationing in Eastport for many years, but this was our first home rental. We were beyond pleased with the cleanliness and amenities that were provided. Very nice and modern appliances as well as all utensils, paper goods and linens you would need. A spacious deck with large gas grill provided us with a comfortable, relaxing outdoor area to spend time enjoying the serene beautiful wooded surroundings with a partial view of the bay! We will definitely be staying here again on future visits!

My husband and I were extremely pleased with our stay at this property. It was comfy enough for us 2 during our stay for a family event. Very clean (which is always appreciated), and just so convenient. Do not hesitate to rent this property - we sure won't next time we go back to visit family. Great rental price as eell

It was very clean and quiet. Nice surroundings and easy access to get in and out. Everything we needed was there. Lovely porch for morning coffee.

The Jolly Breeze apartment was very clean. We found the bed to be comfortable and the kitchen had everything you might need. Our only complaint was that we felt the add showed more of a view of the water than there was. The water is there but beyond very tall pine trees. The location is fine, not right in the historic part, but easily accessible especially if you have bikes.
