It was amazing staying in Serce Tatr Residence, clean and comfortable room with amazing views to the mountains, delicious breakfasts and nice professional service, we fall in love with this place and want to come back one day 🤍

Everything was perfect, clean, perfect breakfast and possiblities of private sauna with jacuzi. Really nice, romantic hotel, everything very near, Gubalowka, Krupowka street by walk few minutes and really nice people working there.

Lovely and very charming hotel with great facilities and only a short walk from town centre. The staff were lovely and breakfast very delicious with plenty of options to choose from. I would definitely stay again.

Great location, short walk to the centre. Breakfast was great, really good variety, fresh and tasty. Was also nice to be able to use the coffee machine throughout the day. Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the hot tub but definitely will next time we stay😁

The hospitality it’s just amazing! I loved the way stuff is being personal with the guests - I felt like home <3 The facility is brand new and extra clean. The breakfast is amazing, huge variety for everyone :) I really hope to visit Serce Tatr once again soon! TOP TOP TOP!!!<3

The location was perfect,just far enough from the crowded areas but within easy reach of the shops,bars etc.The staff were brilliant,so helpful and very welcoming

Our room was very small,in our opinion it should be a single room(6) but we requested a view and had a view from the room .Other rooms we looked at were amazing ,the deco throughout stunning,just choose wrong room

We were four nights with the family, a very warm place and a warm and kind reception and an excellent breakfast, there was a kind staff member named Matuis who helped us with everything we asked for.

Fantastic hotel!! Very clean, smell fresh apartment. Warm and cozy bedroom and attic bed, comfy living room and a lots of space in wardrobes. Beautiful view of Giewont from the balcony. Very close to the town centre. Fantastic, tasty breakfast with lots of options and unlimited access to coffee, tea and snacks throughout all the stay. We've been greated warmly. Staff amazing, very approachable and helpful.

Everything was perfect. Me and my sister really enjoyed our stay. The room was very cozy with a nice view of the mountains (photo attached) and we felt at home. I have to mention the beds as they were super comfy and I slept like a baby. The breakfast was very tasty, freshly made with lot of variety. There was something new every day. The staff was friendly and helpful. And the sauna with jacuzzi was just a cherry on top. Next time we come to Zakopane we will definitely stay here again.
