That I didn't sleep outside, the owner of the property seemed nice.

Freezing as hell. And the hot shower didn't work the second day. But the coldness was crazy for me. I didn't have a proper sleep.

There is a kitchen you can use. Everything was clean, and the hostess was super friendly.

It was cold. The windows are super thin, so its basically as cold inside as outside. Also the bed is hard as a rock, and way too narrow (at least for two tall people from the Netherlands). Moreover, the blanket is like the carpet you have in your car under your seat. Safe to say I hardly slept.

Basic but comfortable and great value for money. Staff were very helpful and did everything to make our stay comfortable. They also looked after our bags whilst we stayed on the floating islands.

This hostel is a perfect base for one night for exploring Puno. Excellent value for money. Stayed in a private room. Good shower and clean bathroom. Walking distance to the center.

The location was good, few minutes from the main plaza, 20 minutes from the lake. Very hot showers. Room was ok. Overall ok for value.

There is no kitchen, no common room, or dining room as advertised. Construction work began at 7am sharp

It was quiet, not far from the Plaza de Armas, and the facilites were ok. The shower in the 4th floor was out of service, but the one in the 3th floor was great, with plenty of hot water. The big plus was that the manager was very friendly and helpful, even lending me a raincoat when I thought it was going to rain

The Private bathroom was a plus, for the price the room was ok.

Very slow wifi, and disconnect every 2/3 minutes. A pain. Bathroom without toilet paper, and if you ask to the owner they give the half toilet paper they had in the room...it happened twice.

One of the rooms smell bad, my friends left after the first night. The kitchen is too small and not very clean.

The showers were super nice with lots of hot water and good pressure.

The kitchen is in a poor state

The staff is really great and the location is also interesting. It is worthy.

If you arrive too early before check-in time, like 3 hours before they will charge you half of the daily if you want to take a shower or enter the room. There is no reception or living where you can seat and wait after/before check-in/check-out hours.
