This property is pretty amazing. Trust me when I say it’s bigger in person. We were a party of 6 adults and it was perfect. The property was clean and very well- maintained. We had an issue with the garbage disposal and maintenance came within the hour and fixed it. Great customer service!!! Prime location!!! It’s literally 2ish blocks always from Heavenly Village and Lake Tahoe Blvd. I would recommend this property to any friends & family. We definitely will be coming back next year.

Lovely home in a private gated location. The home is well supplied with home furnishings and kitchen appliances and equipment. The deck off the main area is very nice to sit and relax and listen to the breeze blow through the pine trees. The home has modern features and is very comfortable. Definition on the list for nice places to rent.

Great location tucked away from the hustle but central enough to hop on a scooter or walk to beach or bars in 5 minutes. House was clean and well stocked with kitchen appliances and cookware. You can hear all the stomping ofThe neighbors on the 3rd floor but at least for our stay they weren’t loud at night. The downstairs master that I slept in was very comfy. Great bed and bedding and the blackout curtains were amazing. Overall, great place.

The unit has great walkability. Everything was in good shape and as described. Clean unit, comfy beds, basics provided, fabulous communication from management. We had one issue that was quite bothersome at times...the noise, from the hallway and unit above, as well as within the pipes (which can get very loud especially in the downstairs master) All walls are extremely thin, which forced us at one point to reach out about the unit above (management responded immediately). The only other slight issue was with the cable which went out temporarily, but fairly often. Anytime possible I try to pick a place like this that doesn't allow shoes inside, but unfortunately as usual previous guests hadn't obeyed their request which was displayed a bit on our feet and socks.
Overall if you can handle noise it's a very nice place in an ideal spot and managed very well.

Really nice place with all the right equipment. The building needs some sound insulation between apartments, thus all the signs about noise. You can really hear the folks next door and upstairs. Probably worth a second thought if you have kids. Cleaning Fee $390.00 plus RnR Advantage Plan Fee $75.84 seem a bit much and should be included in the advertised price. We really liked the suffleboard game.

We loved this condo. Super nice with everything you could possibly need. Short walk to the gondola as well. They only reason this does not get five stars is because of the plumbing. The place has 3 showers and you CANNOT use more than one at a time. The plumbing is terrible.

This lovely condo did not disappoint! It’s exactly as pictured and very clean. It’s one of the best stocked rentals we have experienced. The management company does a great job of communicating and providing explanations for everything. The condo is within easy walking distance of many shops, restaurants and casinos. They only provide one set of towels per guest, but there’s a washer and dryer with detergent so it’s manageable. We absolutely loved it!

This condo is newer than others in the area and very nicely decorated. Small, quiet community with view of the pines from the balcony. The location is fantastic. It is within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, casinos, and the beach. Loved having the video game entertainment in the downstairs bedroom where our college son and his friend stayed. They stayed up gaming and the parents enjoyed the quiet bedroom upstairs. Condo had everything we needed. We highly recommend this rental.

Great location near restaurants, grocery stores, and the mountain. We spent ski week here and had plenty of room for ourselves and our three teenagers. There were a lot of snowy days and we were very grateful for the garage and the snow plow clearing the driveways every morning. And we all loved playing shuffleboard :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - it was exactly as presented in the pictures, with more amenities than expected. It was well maintained and clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The walk to the gondola with skis was challenging with the icy roads but otherwise OK. The one, inconvenient, issue we had was a lack of hot water for a shower or to fill the tub. When someone turned on the taps/shower you could hear the water pump in another bathroom and the water flow was at times intermittent, either running hot and cold or not warm at all. In the bathroom on the ground floor (not the master) there was no place to hang/dry bath towels and a lack of hanging space in the bedroom. Ideally we would have preferred to have been able to recycle organic waste. One other minor issue was the coffee pot didn't pour properly but we fixed that.Overall, a great place for our trip, and our group of 6, comfortable and spacious, with the bonus of a large, well equipped laundry / ski boot room.

The condo was as advertised and no surprises at all. There was a door downstairs conveniently next to garage door so we were able to move all luggage with ease. Every place we wanted to go was in walking distance so super convenient; Heavenly Gondola, restaurants, grocery store, and even ax throwing.
We had a party of 8; 4 adults and 4 teens. We were all super comfortable in all the rooms.

Property located in very old South Lake Tahoe area. No amenaties at the complex. Many stairs just to get to living area. 3 story units. Could hear lots of noise from unit above, especially vacuum. Location great. Went to 2 concerts at Harvey's. Easy 7 minute walk. Would stay again.

It was clean, cozy and comfortable. This condo is fully stocked and had everything needed. All of the bedrooms , bathrooms and kitchen/living room were decorated beautifully. Plenty of space for the 4 of us. The location was perfect!!! We walked to everything. Super easy check-in and check out process .

The property is in a very clean gated community and the condo inside was very clean with very nice amenities. One burner on the stove didn't work all of the time but there are a total of five burners so it didn't impede on our cooking. I notified the property manager and she got back to me right away. The property manager is very nice and responsive. My whole family really enjoyed it and we will be back!
