Breakfast was nice. Pool was great. Close to the beach. Not a far walk to a few nice restaurants.

City view rooms don’t offer a nice view, go poolside. Building is a little old, nothing fancy. Neighbourhood was predominantly German - German food and bars playing German music. We had to wander a little bit to find English music, souvenirs, etc. We stayed here for a mini honeymoon right after getting married and told the hotel in advance. Disappointed they didn’t do anything to recognise it as most hotels would have. Definitely more of a party hotel than a getaway for a couple.

I had a balcony

No one spoke english this is an entirely german hotel which they fail to mention here.... i was the only english person. Housekeeping staff just let themselves in continuously whilst im in bed, ALONE. And then proceed to just stare at you in bed. I was too scared to go for breakfast as it was so hostile, so I missed it both mornings and went out somewhere instead. You can't buy any drinks or food in the hotel without buying 'tokens' hence i didnt buy anything. Complete lack to dignity, privacy and care. I do not recommend it.

The room was small and unclean. The pool music was bad and you could hear it in the room. Walls so thin that you can hear the rooms next door talking.

The staff

The fact that you can hear pretty much everything that's going on in the hall etc.

The place if beautiful decorated and has a very calm atmosphere (despite the music, which isn’t calm, but I liked that!)

the rooms and hallways are a bit simple renovated and not that big.

The aesthetic of the hotel is pretty cool and very modern and “instagramble”. Also quite environmentally aware by providing only the what is needed cutting down on waste.

The hotel is modern, stylish and beautiful. the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful with anything you need. the room was very comfortable and clean. you have a small fridge which is great! some people complained about the noise during the night, but I honestly don’t understand what they were talking about. The pool area was amazing as well. nice music throughout the day that gives the place a great vibe and atmosphere. Breakfast was great as well. so much variety of good, fresh food. And of course the location. not far from the amazing beach, and you have many restaurants and bars in short walking distance. It’s a great location since you don’t get all the noise from the bar/parties area. but it’s all close by. I will most certainly recommend this place, and probably will be back there again next time I visit the island.

not the cleanest of rooms lighting poor music good but felt at wrong times

Rooms were incredibly dark and difficult to see. Could barely see in the bathroom. Bathroom floor was unfinished concrete and rough on feet. Bed was the absolute worst thing I’ve ever slept on! Felt like a dorm room mattress. Hallways are loud and I was constantly woken up by sound. Horrible experience.

Excellent breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and nicely renovated hotel. Big pool and comfy sunbeds. Easy and cheap access to Palma and the airport.

The area. It's a party town specifcally geared towards German stag and hen dos and sports tours. Do not stay here if you're not aware of that, or if you fancy a calm place to stay while visiting Palma. If it's your scene, no judgement - just know what you're letting yourself in for! The hotel is fine and nicely done out but still has a party vibe with really loud music poolside all day, so not relaxing.

I loved the new concept this hotel offers great entertainment. There was a great beach resembling area where they staged a party with live DJ. People danced barefoot and it was great. Forgot to mention the swimming pool area is awesome with comfortable sunbeds, a bar and a live DJ.
