Location is very central but not in right in the middle, which means it’s quiet at night. Room and facilities are good. Staff are friendly. You can have eggs made to order for breakfast. They also organise a transfer from the airport which I highly recommend. All in all a very good hotel.

A bit on the expensive side but you get what you pay for.

Muchas cosas! la ubicación excelente, cerca del centro pero lejos del bullicio. Maravillosa atención porque agregaron una cama extra en mi pieza, sin estar obligados. Muy rico desayuno, sobre todo los huevos siempre bien preparados y el humus delicioso! felicitaciones por eso. Las almohadas me encantaron (les sacamos fotos para comprar). Disponibilidad permanente para lo que necesitáramos (platos, calentar comida, rellenar las botellas con agua filtrada - excelente idea), varias veces comimos en las mesas del jardín, que es precioso y muy tranquilo

Yo no tuve problemas, pero el estacionamiento es limitado. Hay que avisar al hacer la reserva, si vas a necesitar estacionamiento. No afectó mi estancia pero es un dato relevante. Tampoco tienen microondas, lo que por mi está bien, pero hay personas que lo pueden solicitar para calentar comida

Very warm welcome, lovely staff, ideal, restful setting with a very well laid-out exterior to enjoy even in winter, spacious room overlooking the garden. Copious, home-cooked and varied breakfast. You can even have a snack for early morning excursions and enjoy coffee and tea during the day. And sound advice on sightseeing; it's a pretty central place to go on excursions too. It was a real place of relaxation and to enjoy the village.

There were no negative points for us, it was a perfect hotel.

Slightly cramped room

This property is very cute, with nice decor, murals, and a fabulous outdoor area. They have an added bonus of water, tea, and coffee available all the time. The room was comfortable with nice beds. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious with homemade cakes, fresh crepes or waffles, fresh eggs, yogurt, breads, and a wide variety of other items. We had an early morning tour on our last day and the staff allowed us to check out before the tour and come back to use the common areas after the tour concluded (including bathrooms and a changing room with a cold shower if needed). They also provided a basic packed breakfast on the morning we left early.

The only negatives were that you can’t control the climate in your room, leading to one night being fine, one night being very cold, and the next being very warm, the showers had inconsistent hot water, and most of the staff did not speak English (which was ok for us, but could be problematic for some people).

Good location in centre of town. Good selection for breakfast. Room clean and tidy.

Room was rather small - we were only staying one night so not an issue, but would have been very tight for longer stay. We booked a transfer to Calama Airport through the hotel and paid in advance but on arrival at the hotel was told there was no availability for our transfer. After showing payment receipt and referring back to emails regarding the booking, availability was confirmed.

Cozy, comfy rooms. Small, but not a problem, because you have abundant public spaces. Warm, friendly staff Outstanding breakfast for the money. It is close to many restaurants and bars and old Town.

this is a lovely hotel with beautiful garden and dining areas, located near to the heart of San Pedro. The team were very helpful throughout our stay, even when we inundated them with questions before arrival. Breakfast was delicious. Couldn’t have asked for more.

It was definitely very central and the pool and garden area was really well maintained and very nice itself. The staff only speaks Spanish except one guy, but we made it work. They were extremely helpful when we needed some tools to repair our broken car and needed our car to be towed.

The room was very noisy. Loud music until 1 in the morning from the surrounding bars and restaurants. The breakfast didn't feel adequate to the price we paid. Very limited options (especially for vegetarians) and you had to clear your plates yourself (which I don't mind, but in this price category I think breakfast should be a little bit more elaborate)

The place needs a lot of maintenance. It's bit up and tired looking. It's pricey for what it has to offer.

The location is central. There was hot water throughout out stay for showers. The property feels very cozy. The hotel arranged for packed breakfast on one of the days when we left at 5am for sightseeing.

While I knew this, the heat and having only a fan was very annoying. After being in the city, we realised there are many more properties with AC in the city than booking.com shows. So do you research better than we did.

room a bit small and the walls to the hallway are quite thin so there is not much of a sound barrier - could be an issue if you are a light sleeper. was totally fine for me but imagine for some it would be a challenge.

no towels in the room and I have to use my own. When requested for one I could not get one too. hot shower at night is not possible. I tried to shower after the night tour but could not get hot shower. the room heater also did not work.
