I would like to inform potential guest of the following issues with this place: - Once you pay for the booking of this place, you have to fill in a huge form with lots of personal information and then on top of your booking they charge you the deposit of 150 EUR, or more. In our case when we checked out they claimed broken toilet seat and refused to pay the deposit back :( The seat probably had some hidden defect, or was too weak as I struggle to understand how it could break. - They claimed to have a parking, but it appeared that the parking was about 5 mins walking from the place (city parking) at 36 UER/day. - Windows don't have any noise protection from the noise outside. - Only 1 AC in the living room, not in the bedroom. So, think yourself, whether or not you would like to stay at such a place!

The apartment was so beautiful and clean! It was very spacious and extremely comfortable. Came with all of the amenities we needed too - having the washing machine and wifi was extremely helpful. the stay is in the perfect location for travellers - a quick walk from the train station and close to fantastic bars, restaurants and the ferry stop. Gabriele was a fantastic host - was very accommodating and gave us some fantastic recommendations for our trip!

Fantastic location (yes there is some city & apartment living noise but this is expected everywhere). Very clean. Spacious. Easy & flexible communication with host.

The location for us, right near the train station, was ideal, as we had a lot of business to take care of the next town over and we needed to be close to transit. The apartment was incredibly well equipped for a vacation rental: owners had thought about almost everything anyone could ever need to stay in and maintain the place. Bed was very comfortable. Air conditioning is a must in the area, and this worked well. It was incredibly convenient to the waterfront and the center of town and all kinds of food shops.

One thing we'd not realized was how noisy it would be to stay near one of the main squares in town and near a couple of churches whose bells ring loudly for various reasons beyond just marking the hours. The bells seemed to stop after a certain point, but there were also events of various kinds, with loudspeakers, in the nearby square. In summer, it might be noisier still, so that's something to consider. Some people might want to know that there's no view to speak of and nothing much charming to see from the window. The kitchen looks over an air shaft. Once in a while, we also got secondhand smoke from a nearby (downstairs?) apartment, which is not so great, but it wasn't all the time.

very clean and very organized

Very bright rooms, well divided apartment, great location (close to center/sea, railway and bus station), very clean and very well equipped. The view is also nice, a grocery is just around the corner, the famous Tossini bakery is near by and in a three minutes walk you can reach the supermarket. You will find both in the kitchen and the storage room anything you would need in a home - from all types of detergents to laundry hooks. Tastefully decorated. The host is very polite and prompt. I would come back anytime.

Suggestion: to have mosquito nets installed. Although we did find an anti mosquito device in the storage but not too efficient.

We really enjoyed the place. It had absolutely everything. And i really measure my words: everything!!!! I felt like at home eventhough far from home. The location is great. Everything was easy! When we come back to Rapallo we re definitely coming back!

I really don’t recall. Maybe since no AC in the living room I would put a ventilator there but thats really really not essential, we had our mini ventilator so it was totally fine, when we opened the door and switched the AC on , we felt it in the other room ao even this was ok.
