部屋にミニキッチンと洗濯乾燥機が付いていた。洗濯洗剤も用意してあった。
コンビニが近い。
ベッドとソファーが気持ち良かった。
★冷蔵庫がキムチ臭かった。最悪。
★壁掛けテレビの裏が埃まみれだった。
★連泊客は部屋の掃除とベッドメイクが有料だった。→有料にするなら簡易掃除グッズ(コロコロ)も部屋に用意して欲しい。
★洗濯乾燥機の乾燥がたびたび乾燥フィルターのエラー表示で服が生乾き臭くなったこと。(フロントに相談すると乾燥の量が少ないと表示が出ると言うことだったので、洗濯層の半分くらい入れて乾燥したが、２時間以上回っても乾燥が止まらなくて様子を見るとやっぱりエラー表示が出ていた。)
★子連れには駅から微妙に遠い。
★飲食店がホテル近くは少ないので駅前に行く必要がある。

Walking distance to Hakata station. From Hakata station to hotel, walk towards AMU EST, you will see 7-11 convenient store. Exit from the entrance/ exit beside 7-11, turn right and walk towards the traffic light and cross the road and proceed straight after crossing the road. Between 5-10 minutes walk after crossing the road, walk straight and look out for the hotel.

Big washer dryer in room. Kitchenette.
Father away from train station than anticipated and very few taxis available. Bathroom smelled like mildew. Safe combination didn’t work. Public bathroom in Lobby not clean. Breakfast was minimal.

- AC unit was facing directly onto the bed on our face, we became a bit bit ill after staying here

The hotel fulfilled my request for a 3-day stay. Staff were gentle and helpful. The room was clean and tidy, with spectacular view to JR Hakata station. Definitely recommend for visitors who are fascinated to japan railways and city-view.

Washing machine in room. Room was ok in size. Not too small, not big, spacious enough and has the basic amenities. Overall, clean.
Railway (train track) sound although it was not too loud but you could still hear it.
Cleanliness of the room could be improved for example, marks on wall could be wiped away. Room (toilet) wasn't spotless., overall clean but not spotless.

The room and service were fantastic!
Overall I am satisfied!
The only thing that I hope the hotel can check again about the bath towel. I found there is small stain on it but other than that, it was really good!

Location was excellent and the rooms were well equipped, spacious and clean. It was definitely good value for money and we were pleasantly surprised.
