Great location, very comfortable spot

very poor value for the money. last time we stayed at the Sante Fe hotel right next door and it was excellent for same kind of price. This hotel looks great in online pictures but it is not.

the grounds are very nice and pet friendly, the breakfast buffet is good with a satisfying selection, the staff are very nice.

the rooms are dated but clean and not uncomfortable

The pool was nice, as was the courtyard and veranda.

I would prefer to stay in the town plaza. this was about five blocks away from the center of activity.

It was clean and the staff were friendly. The location is close to restaurants and main roads. It is easy to find.

No hairdryer! No condiments for the coffee! No in-room small refrigerator. No TV.

THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. AND BREAKFAST WAS GREAT! WOULD HAVE LIKE TO BE CLOSER TO TOWN. REALLY NEEDED A CAR.

charged us 7000 pesos for 2 dogs, no way to make coffee (no filters), internet not working, breakfast was an hour late starting….

The place was charming and comfortable. The rooms were clean and spacious.

There is no reason to have a phone and phone book in the room if the phone is disconnected. The safe doesn't lock. The clothesline didn't work and the internet was spotty at best. The guy at front desk was not helpful. The pool was colder than the sea.
